Great combo stay!

Pros: We booked for 1 night on our winter trip to Prague. From check in until check out everything went smooth: friendly staff, we managed to get our room a bit earlier so that was really appreciated. Kids loved the waterpark obviously, great activity to add on the cold winter days. The Family Room with bunkbed is comfortable enough for family of 4 (didn't take the picture but it match the picture advertised). Proper swim package (towels, inflatable ball, slippers) & handy bag). Breakfast food is very good (esp for kids, you can see from the picture lol). Food at the waterpark itself is rather poor though, but as expected anyway. We ordered food delivery by Wolt (chicken place next to the hotel was good!).

Cons: Nothing, we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed the bundle wi the family!

Pros: Nice bundle with waterpark which is the main reason I booked the stay! We had fun at the park. Hotel room is decent comes with extra FOC towels for waterpark and slippers. Breakfast spread is good, got cute pancake machine!

Cons: Slippers were given 2 pairs when I booked family room with 2 kids. Another two pair delivered after call made.

Cons: Fantastic gym although shocked to learn admittance was extra. First time that I ever experienced this anywhere in the world

Pros: The water park is very good. The food is decent. The rooms are OK.

Cons: I didn't like that when I made the order the fitness center was included but after a few days I got a message that cancels the free entrance to the fitness center and asks for entrance charge. There were days where the food was very good and days where it was just OK.

Best hotel for kids

Pros: This hotel is fantastic for families! The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. Everything is spotless, and the staff are warm and welcoming. We especially loved the aquapark, which has areas for all ages—even a kids’ sauna! The surroundings are great too: just a 4‑minute walk to a shopping center with everything you might need, a beautiful botanical garden right across the street, and a huge park within a 15‑minute walk.
