Ein schönes Erlebnis, allerdings

Pros: Ein fast perfekter Aufenthalt für drei Tage. Personal spricht perfekt Englisch. Frühstück von der Karte und auf höchsten Niveau zubereitet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sicherlich wäre das Abendessen auch sehr außergewöhnlich hochklassig gewesen, aber wir wollten die Abende in der Stadt verbringen. Es wird ein Shuttle-Service angeboten und hierfür steht ein Audi A8 zur Verfügung. Wir haben nur eine der drei Fahrten (ca. 25 km in die Altstadt) mit etwa 25 € bezahlen müssen, was ich als sehr positiv empfand.

Cons: Und wie das so ist, wenn etwas fast perfekt war. Beim Auschecken hatte ich es dann doch noch mit einer eher unfreundlichen und unhöflichen Mitarbeiterin zu tun. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn erkannt worden wäre, dass mein optisches Erscheinungsbild einer über Nacht ausgebrochenen Grippe geschuldet war und meine Lebensgefährtin mit Fieberschüben bereits im Pkw gewartet hat und somit wir beide erheblich erkrankt waren. Allerdings kann dafür natürlich das Hotel nichts.
