Kent Ridge Loft

Pros: That old tenement house is beautiful. Apartment is quite near the Václavské Náměstí and metro station. Studio apartment is clean and well home furnishings. During hot days air conditionery is needed, becouse the apartment is placed in the attic. Air conditionery works fast, but should be used with caution, becouse of an extra payment.

Cons: Street noise, expecially traffic noise.

Pros: Good location. Very nice Taiwanese people meet us told about city! :) Two bathrooms was perfect!

Cons: Some furniture, windows are used, slightly damaged.

Good space for a longer stay in Prague

Pros: It was easy to get into the property as the owner met us when we arrived. The property is on the top floor, literally a loft built into the roof level, so you are isolated from the noise outside. It apartment building inside is quite. There is a lift up to the top floor. There are two bathroom, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed when staying a week. There is enough space that you don't feel cramped.

Cons: You don't have direct views outside the accommodation, the windows are all sky lights. However, sticking your head out of the main skylight you can see Prague castle in the distance. While the apartment has a modern renovation it starting to look a little bit worn. The glass sliding doors between the living room and the down stairs bedroom came off it's track while we were staying, and it seemed like that was not the first time that problem had occurred. We had to leave is propped open for the rest of our stay. If you were staying in high summer you'd need to pack your eye patches for sleeping as the blinds do not cover the windows very well (but this is not a privacy issue as they are sky light windows and nothing overlooks the apartment.

Pros: Hostitelka příjemná, při příjezdu teplo, uklizeno, klid, žádný hluk, čisté ručníky. K dispozici byla i pračka, která nebyla v popisu ubytování, takže moc příjemně překvapila. Nádobí k dispozici, trouba i mikrovlnka, úžasné dvě koupelny. Super!

Pros: accès facile, plutôt bien situé proche du centre et des transports commun, très beau duplex

Cons: manque des volets, on est réveillé très top avec la luminosité malgré les rideaux

Communication problem

Pros: Viihtyisä ja tilava huoneisto (pelkillä) kattoikkunoilla. Kaikki tarvittava varustus löytyy, keittiövälineitä ei liiaksi asti. Uunia ei ole, mutta laadukas mikro löytyy. N. kilometrin kävely rautatieasemalta vilkasliikenteisen tien vartta. Metro ja ratikka riittävän lähellä, samoin kauppoja.

Cons: Kun saavuimme huoneistoon illalla, pöydällä odotti lappu, joka ilmoitti, että huoneistoon asennetaan uusi ilmalämpöpumppu seuraavana päivänä klo 9-14. Mitään ennakkovaroitusta emme olleet asiasta saaneet, kommunikointi oli siis umpisurkeaa, eikä ajatus heräämisestä remontin keskelle varsinaisesti ilahduttanut lomalaisia. Valituksen jälkeen homma hoidettiin lopulta tiiviimmässä aikataulussa eikä tästä aiheutunut ärtymystä suurempaa haittaa. Ja uudet ilmalämpöpumput viilentävät erinomaisesti. :)

Pros: Amikor megérkeztünk, egy kedves fiatal ázsiai srác fogadott bennünket, nagyon segítőkész volt, kaptam néhány tippet mit érdemes megnézni, parkolóhelyet intézett nekem napi 250 koronáért a szállástól kb. 500 méterre. Ez egy liftes házban lévő tetőtéri, nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, ami belső kétszintes. A fenti fürdőszoba sarokkádas, a lenti zuhanyzós. Modern konyha mosogatógéppel és mikróval. Az alsó fürdőszoba mosógéppel és szárítógéppel felszerelt, ez jól jön ha nem csak néhány napra érkezel. Sajnos az alsó szinten a három ablakból csak egy volt nyitható, az emeleten pedig csak egy nyitható tetőablak van a fürdőszobában, ez később fontosabb volt mint szerettem volna.

Cons: Egyik légkondicionáló sem működik a kettőből!!! (tudom hogyan kell bekapcsolni, itthon is van a lakásban) Természetesen szóltam a bérbeadónak, de a füle botját sem mozgatta. Egyszerűen még csak nem nem is válaszolt, nem kért elnézést, kompenzáció fel sem merült. Ez rendkívüli kellemetlen volt, ugyanis a klíma hiányában a lakásban rettenetesen meleg van, 31-32 fok volt amíg ott voltam. Egy asztali ventilátor volt a padlón, csak később értettem meg hogy miért. Ez arra enged következtetni, hogy nem tegnap romlott el a klíma, de a tulaj mégsem javitatta meg.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo,spazioso e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Caffè e birra in omaggio

Pros: Libila se mi lokalita a ze byl velmi hezky zařízení.

Cons: Komunikace s majitelem, chtela jsem detskou postylku a na muj dotaz nebylo ani odpovezeno. Postylka tam nebyla. Sprchovani kvuli vode doporuceno dva rana a dva vecer taky docela neprakticke a bylo tam docela chladno.

Pros: Byt pohodlný a čistý. Bezproblémová komunikácia s majiteľkou.
