Cozy studio with parking near city center

A very nice place

Pros: A really nice apartment very conveniently located near to Krizikova metro station and tram stops. Property was clean and warm and very cosy and was well stocked with everything you needed for a long or short stay...Supermarkets,shops,restaurants and pubs were all close by....I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing really....apart from maybe all the steps up to the property...I got a good workout though!

Compact & handy apartment, closeby to metro

Pros: The mini-apartment is around the corner from a supermarket, which is handy for breakfast etc. Around the next corner is the metrostation, as well as various stores and restaurants. The apartment looks like it could be used for a longer period, because of the ample closet space and complete kitchen. It is nice to see how little space can be used very efficiently, including the separate toilet and bathroom. When traveling by car the parking seems is ideal. Also the collection of the keys was easy with photo instructions via whatsapp.

Cons: The apartment could use a touch-up (e.g. the wooden floor, some kitchen cabinets, sliding door to hall way) as it is getting a bit older. However it all works. Some closet space was dusty, making it nog directly usable. Some glasses and cutlery also visibly needed cleaning before use. The bathroom got a drain-smell after the first night. The block in which the apartment is located is a few blocks away from the street, so you have to walk through a courtyards before reaching the right block. It was fine for us, but we could imagine this might not feel 100% comfortable to all when alone at night. Fortunately there are several lights turningon along the way.

Pros: Everything one may need in the house was there... cosy apartment really!

Cons: The electronic door lock kind of gives me a weird feeling as I'm not used to it :-)

Byli jsme spokojeni, hlavně díky tichu a výborné poloze.

Pros: Ubytování se nacházelo na velmi klidném místě, kde nebyl slyšet žádný ruch z ulice. I když výhled nebyl nijak atraktivní, velkou výhodou byla skvělá poloha pro návštěvu kulturních akcí. V docházkové vzdálenosti bylo Fórum Karlín i divadlo Karlín. Jen pozor, nesmíte se moc opít, jinak může být problém zadat několika místný číselný kód do zámku. My jsme to naštěstí zvládli v pohodě.

Pros: Velmi vstřícné chování hostitelky) Ubytování by zasloužilo refresh, ale přístup hostitele a parkování zdarma vyvážil opotřebení interiéru.)

Pros: Ubytovanie sme si vybrali z dôvodu bezplatného parkovania, možnosti prísť so psíkom, blízkosti mesta, výbehu pre psa a metra. Všetky naše požiadavky boli naplnené, ubytovanie čisté s úplným vybavením. Komunikácia s majiteľkou výborná. Pre nás bola posteľ už menej pohodlná, matrac mäkký, ale to nijak neznížilo výborný dojem z ubytovania.

Pros: Džiugu, kad studijai priklauso nemokama automobilio vieta ir priima su augintiniu. Studija švari, tvarkinga.
