Modern spacious flat with a terrace and a parking

Modern aparatment with a great terrace in a nice neighbourhood. Just what we were looking for.

Pros: Nice neighborhood. A thirty-minute walk to the center, or a few minutes via metro (entrance close by). Quiet area and a great terrace (we've been in Prague several times and what passes for terraces at some places is laughable - this one qualifies in every aspect). Self-check-in is fairly simple, somewhat tricky with a car, as you need to stop in the \

Cons: The hallways are a bit labyrinthine, and it's easy to lose one's way. You figure it out after a day or two :-) One set of keys provided - not a great inconvenience, but inconvenience still, especially for parties of more than one. Would appreciate some generic coffee in the apartment, and not needing to hit the store immediately after an 8+ hour drive.

Pros: Wonderful accommodation, fully equipped, highly recommended.

Super modern flat A++++++++

Pros: Super clean, modern, spacious and super-equipped structure, even for cooking. The covered parking space allows practically direct access to the apartment. Super convenient! They also welcome dogs and that's really the best!

Cons: Nothing!

Nice apartment with hurdles

Pros: Loction is great, love Karlin. Modern and spacious apartment, all facilities and quiet building.

Cons: Keys have to be picked up a 10 minute taxiride from the apartment. That is annoying. Bed can be more comforable (very low to the floor), too much light in living riom.

Pros: large bright apartment, quiet location, close to metro

Cons: keys to be picked up at the security box in the centre. Only one key

Pros: Big apartment with all equipment we needed. Quiet place. Close to the city center and public transport. Parking in this location is also a very nice benefit.

Cons: Keys are on a different place quite far away from the apartment (but manageable distance). Check-in could be earlier when you have to travel for the keys 🙏

Pros: Good parking and location. Generally safe neighborhood

Cons: The downside is that you need to pay a deposit, viz: - two deposit amounts were withdrawn and it was 400 euros (once 7 days before arrival and the next on the day of arrival). This is a rather unpleasant thing because, for example, a person can count on money that for some reason was withdrawn again. - One deposit amount was returned, but it took 12 days, not 7 as described by the tenant. The other amount is still pending. - There were also two attempts to withdraw the deposit after checkout. Therefore, it is better not to provide your card details, because every 7 days there may be attempts to withdraw the deposit from you. Either use a blank card or securely protect it.

Pros: Apartment is very big and confortable. There is beautiful huge terrace. It was very clean. If you likw to eat at home rather than outside, here you have everything you need. Beautiful and clean kitchen..

Cons: It was a bit complicated to get inside the building. We received instructions, but there is no description of entrance in the building from garage. Only from the street. Instruction should be better for someone who arrives by car

Pros: Het appartement is mooi ruim en netjes. En de locatie is perfect.

Cons: N.v.t.

Good apartmment

Pros: Comfortable surroundings. Clean and spacious apartment.

Cons: Travelling for keys is not the best possible way to get it.
