Fantastic

Pros: Very large property big windows plenty of sunshine and amazing balcony.

The apartment is at a super good location with parking just next door at the National Theatre Parking. The environment

Pros: The apartment provides all the facilities we need. We especially like the washing machine, dryer and the dishwasher.

Cons: The only less satisfying points are that there is not enough lighting in the apartment, the lift responds too drastically, the pillow is not too comfortable and there are not much details about how we can lock the doors to the balconies. We are left with much concern on the security for the first night.

Comfort, homely, and excellent location

Pros: The location, the beds, the view, and the amenities were perfect. It really made a hot week more pleasurable and we could really enjoy Prague. The furniture and decor just added to the charm of the experience.

Cons: The curtains did not quite cover the windows but a small sticking point.

Pros: Loved the balcony and the views, and the great summer breeze up there. The apartment was nicely styled and furnished. The beds and bed linens were lovely. Very conveniently located for exploring Prague on foot or tram.

Cons: The elevator felt a little scary, and it was tiny, but it worked fine.

Pros: The rooms were lovely - the beds so comfortable, the location superb The staff repaired what was necessary very quickly to ensure we had a relaxing holiday

Location Location Location

Pros: Location. Location. Location. Could not have been better. Ideal for exploring the city. Excellent supermarket 5 minutes walk, lots of places to eat nearby. Excellent communication from host.

Cons: The outdoor space is fab. But the deck needs some tlc/replacing. It would be good to have hanging space in the bedroom.

Excelente alojamiento si no van en vehículo, pero si van en vehículo, considerar el costo de estacionamiento

Pros: Excelente ubicación. Tenis todos los utensilios necesario para cocinar, incluso cosas que usas en pocas cantidades pero sí son necesarias (aceite, sal, azúcar). También muy buenas cápsulas de café y té. Camas cómodas y muy buena calefacción (en la calle la temperatura era muy baja, cercana a los 2 o 3 grados celcius, pero en el departamento eso no se notaba). Supermercado a 5 minutos caminando.

Cons: Si bien, no es propio del alojamiento, ya que está bien informado que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio,, si lo es para la estadía en general. Nosotros andábamos en auto y el estacionamiento cercano que nos recomendaron del alojamiento era carísimo. En el alojamiento me indicaron que el costo diario era de aproximadamente 40 EUROS (en moneda checa, lo que ya es un precio elevado), sin embargo, por 2 días y medio y pagué aproximadamente 150 euros, es decir 60 Euros por cada día. Finalmente el costo era por hora, con un costo de 60 coronas cada hora (2,5 EUROS).

Eine tolle Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub in Prag

Pros: Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage neben dem Volkstheater. Gleich dahinter konnte man in die Straßenbahn steigen. Vieles war fußläufig erreichbar, auch sehr gute Restaurants. Trotzdem war die Wohnung sehr ruhig und der Whirlpool war natürlich super. Die Wohnung ist recht groß, so dass jeder seinen Freiraum hatte. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Cons: Die Klimaanlagen haben nicht gekühlt, weil sie völlig verstaubt waren (haben wir selber gelöst). Der Whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert und bei alle Fernbedinungen und Uhren waren die Batterien leer. Das wurde aber umgehend nach Reklamation behoben. Parken kann man kostenpflichtig im Volkstheater, dass ist wegen der verkehrsberuhigten Straße bisschen tricky.
