Pros: The staff were great; organised,, really fast, available and only can say good things about them. We extended the stay twice for personal reasons and all was good.

Cons: The apartment could do with a bit of a refresh. The TV just didn't work despite tinkering with it...the signal...or the TV itself needs to be fixed. The kettle broke and they sent a new one within minutes....We fixed the blocked sink together with the team and everything else was fine. Just more maintenance perhaps and personally checking on the equipment from time.to.time. Old elevator in the building and noisy party rental next door....I wouldn't recommend the apartment really but perhaps the same company, different apartment building would be fine.

Pros: Хорошая просторна квартира с балконом, в которой все есть и все работает. Локация идеальная, достопримечательности Праги доступны пешком. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Марии, которая с самого раннего утра пришла к нам на встречу и организовала нам ранний заезд! Выезд у нас был тоже не простой в 21.00 ; и снова Мария поспешила помочь и разместила наш багаж до вечера у них в офисе ! А также всегда была с нами на связи по любому вопросу. Спасибо Вам!

Quirky and comfortable apartment with a fabulous location.

Pros: Great location and really quiet considering how convenient it is. The tiny elevator always worked and was quite a fun and unique experience. The castle view was an unexpected bonus!

Cons: The water was out the last night of my stay. I’m sure this was a surprising to the hosts as it was for me. The TV was not a smart TV and most of the satellite channels were German.

Pros: شقق نظيفة وجميلة ومناسبة للأفراد أكثر من العوائل ، يعيبها وجود مكتب الاستقبال في مكان آخر خارج المبنى وتنظيف الغرف فقط مرة واحدة طوال فترة الاقامة التي استمرت اسبوعين الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات والأماكن السياحية وتستطيع الوصول لها مشيا على الاقدام ، والشقق بعيدة عن ازعاج الشارع العام

Pros: Отличное расположение, в центре всех интересных мест. Замечательный и отзывчивый персонал. Большая просторная квартира с балконом.

Cons: Подушки... Хорошо бы их поменять на более удобные. кухня полностью оборудованная для готовки но расстроило что нет мелочей как соль для готовки .

Very solid apartment in a decent location at a reasonable price

Pros: Very solid apartment in a decent location at a reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff!

Cons: Only downside was the weird elevator that needed some tricks to operate normally. It appears other people in the building did not know those tricks, so when they came and went, even in the middle of the night, there was loud banging for extended periods of time as the elevator stopped and started again and again and again and again.
