Treetess City Centre Prague Apartments

Pros: The apartment was lovely, cozy, well-equipped, and clean. Great location, everything within easy walking distance. Quick and good communication with Tess & her assistent ! Since there were no immediate tenants after us, we were allowed to check out later – thank you again, that made things much easier!!!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. The contactless check-in was very convenient. The location is close to the city center, yet the area is quiet, and there are clear rules about keeping noise down at night, which I really appreciated. The host responded very quickly to any questions I had, including issues related to check-in and the door lock — everything was resolved promptly and efficiently. The apartment was very clean, all electrical appliances were in perfect working condition, and the heated floor in bathroom was a big plus, especially during winter. The renovation is quite new, Netflix was already connected, and overall the apartment felt modern and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of shower gels — there were many different options to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Excellent value for money — 100% worth the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: It had everything and was extremely clean. New furniture, nice location and the best was the heated floor in the bathroom.

Hits most needs for short term stay

Pros: - Smooth communication and instruction process - easy to find, great location, nice, clean, safe - very close parking - Loved the floor heating in the bathroom.

Cons: replacing the useless sofa in the kitchen to allow guests some space for rest during a day (other than bedroom) will make this place 10 out of 10. Adding some small kitchen items like tea pot would be helpful too . besides that it was great.

Quaint, comfortable and welcoming.was great place to stay for our fist few nights

Pros: Decor was welcoming. Thoughtful bathroom items and coffee pods available to us. The building was safe. Location on outskirts but very practical.

Cons: Not enough hangers and no drawer space for 2 people’s clothing. No blankets although room was warm once we worked out the heating.

Wonderful

Pros: Was easy to find, easy instructions to access. Possibly a residential building with some Apts let out, but we never saw anyone. Our Apartment was on 4th floor and had windows on 2 sides which was great. Apt had everything you need for a short break. In a quiet neighbourhood. We had a couple of minor issues but the staff were absolutely fantastic, quick to respond and sorted everything out.

Cons: Some thicker curtains or black out blinds would be good especially during the summer when there is a lot more daylight, but we were still able to sleep in every morning.

Pros: Location to town. Clean tidy everything you need was there.

Cons: Noisy neighbour. Traffic noise is loud if windows are open.

Very suitable and clean

Pros: Tha apartmeny is clean and cozy! All the procedures of checkin and out are clearly instructed and easy! The apartment is suitable, tha amenities are on place, the location is good!

Pros: Everything was clean. The room was very big and it had everything needed for our stay. It was cold in Prague by the time we were there, but once inside the building it was warm and heating would work very well.

Wonderful stay in Prague

Pros: Treetess City Centre Prague Apartments is a very nice and cozy apartment near city center (about 15-20 min walk). Every thing was new and clean and also very beautiful. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Tess for helping us with the parking. We had a wonderful stay in Praga we will definitely come back.
