Pros: Excellent location and facilities. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Noisy neighbour walking about with shoes on, opening and loudly closing doors at 2am which disturbed us!

Comfy stay

Pros: Excellent location, everything is really close. The apartment was super quiet even though the tram stop was under the window. Beds were quite narrow but very comfy.

Cons: I had dirty bedsheet but it was in leg area so I didn't mind. The rest of the flat was clean, they cleaned it every day. There wasn't enough dishes, I saw only 3 pans, 1 glass and plate. Nothing more. We didn't eat there but if you want to, bring something. TV in our room (B) didn't work (I think battery change in the remote is needed).

Good value for the money, but pack earplugs and not prepare for a hotel.

Pros: The city center (Old town + Vencel square) is cc. 10 minutes walk. The flat contains 6 (probably all small) rooms, but only 1 wc + shower (not seperately), so it's possible you have to wait, but fair price, not expensive, equipped kitchen (water heater, fridge, microvawe) and near the center. Lidl 3 minutes walk.

Cons: Very noisy traffic outside + old windows (facing to Wilsonova road), but earplugs can help. The bed is max. 190 cm. A few hooks and hangers would be nice, we only had one int he room. We were lucky in november and at the beginning of the week only 1-2 other rooms were occupied.

Really recommend it to students who want a cheap and comfortable accommodation in the city centre

Pros: One week prior arrival you get the exact instructions how you get the keys and how you enter the apartment building plus the address so it was smooth, very easy and well organised.

Nice room in the city centre

Pros: The room was clean, there was everything that's needed. The location in the centre of old town is great.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: It's close to the city center, rather clean and It's absolutely worth its money

Cons: Toilets and shower rooms are not separated

Very well located.

Pros: We loved the location, the owner was really kind and come fastly to clean our room as there was some misunderstanding with the previous guests.

Cons: I think the guests forgot that bathroom and kitchen are shared places. They lack of respect... That's not cool for the other guests. We were missing some kitchen equipment such as knives 😔 The flat needs some fixing (Doors and walls) but for us it was ok.

Pros: la ubicación es increíble, me sorprendió mucho el precio que tiene para lo céntrico que está. además, las habitaciones son privadas y es seguro dejar ahí tus cosas. nosotras buscábamos algo barato que mantenga los mínimos y no podemos estar más contentas. lo recomiendo mucho si lo único que quieres es un sitio donde dormir bien y barato.

Cons: los baños estaban muy sucios, y algunos no tenían pestillo. Además, la insonorización parecía inexistente.

Pros: Acomodação é exatamente o que é informado. Gostei de tudo.

Cons: Só a tranca da frente que poderia estar em boa condição para passar um pouco mais de segurança.
