Completely worth for the price

Pros: Enough space, and the facilities are amazing. Nicely organized.

Cons: There was no stopper for the tub and the jacuzzi was not working. Also the apartment is in the 4th floor.

Pros: Spacious apartment, located 15-20 min by tram to the city center

Cons: 1. 3 bedrooms and only one wc and shower. 2. You have to walk through a bedroom to go to another bedroom, so you dont have intimacy.

Tökéletes választás egy pár napos város nézéshez baráti társaságoknak, családnak.

Pros: Szép, jól felszerelt apartman, csendes környéken. Villamosokkal könnyen elérhető az óváros. Boltok, éttermek mind közel vannak a szálláshoz. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész.

Cons: Nekünk nem volt negativum, de meglepődtünk a lakás elosztásán. A három hálószoba szinte egy légtérben található. Lift sajnos nincs az épületben.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!

Pros: Zeer aardige eigenaar. Wij mochten bij aankomst veel eerder in het appartement om onze spullen achter te laten. Verder heel ruim. Direct bij de ingang is een klein bakkerijtje - sla deze zeker niet over! Geweldige choco croissants, en goede koffie!

Cons: Niets, alles was prima.

Bardzo fajny apartament, dla zorganizowanej ekipy, której nie przeszkadza jedna toaleta.

Pros: Obiekt położony blisko przystanku metra i tramwajowego. Dużo restauracji w koło. Parking publiczny na ulicy płatny do godziny 20 poniedziałek-piatek. Weekend za darmo. Apartament ma osobno łazienkę i ubikację-czego brakło w opisie, a było to na plus. Dodatkowo bardzo dobrze wyposażone w naczynia środki do prania do czyszczenia do kąpieli, ręczniki szmatki, serwetki wszystko to było.. Były przyprawy, kawa, herbata- możliwe, że po przednich wynajmujących. Zmywarka, pralka z suszarką. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja.

Podstrešný mezonet plný prekvapení

Pros: Velkosť je nadštandardná a je to plnohodnotne vybavený podstrešný byt.. Dispozícia je zábavná hlavne pre pohyb najmladších. Zaujímavé priestory aj pre dlhodobejší pobyt. Parkovanie na ulici sa nám podarilo nájsť pohodlne.

Cons: Nebolo tam dostatočne teplo pri príchode, ale vyriešilo kúrenie celkom rýchlo. Nefungujú žalúzie, tak sa ráno nedalo vidieť von. ( verím, že to skoro bude napravené )

Cons: Super vana ke které chyběl špunt, takže koupat se nedalo.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, ein toller Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und prima eingeteilt, nur 5-6 Haltestellen vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Haltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. -abgabe ist total einfach. Man kann diese im Geschäft gegenüber der Wohnung abholen. Das Parken findet auf der Straße statt, die Gebühr ist zirka 30€ pro Tag (08:00-20:00, nachts kostenlos). Man kann die Parkgebühr entweder an der Parkuhr oder online bezahlen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man während des Aufenthalts benötigt, sauber und warm (im Winter). Das Bad ist riesengroß und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit je einem Doppelbett (oben noch ein Extrabett), die Matratzen bequem. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, ein toller Aufenthalt.

Cons: Der Stöpsel bei der Badewanne fehlt.
