Everything was great, the view is stunning overlooking the river.

Pros: The Price/Quality ratio is very good for this apartment.

Pros: The apartment has a very convenient location. It is well equipped and includes a parking space. We also appreciated the hosts’ help when we forgot our first aid kit — they arranged a courier to pick it up and deliver it to us (the courier and delivery costs were paid by us).

Cons: The keys had to be picked up at a different location, and free pickup was only available between 4:00 and 8:00 pm. Even though we called in advance, we still had to wait about 10–15 minutes for the host. The check-in instructions only worked in Czech; the English version did not work. The designated parking space was occupied by another car, but fortunately there were additional guest parking spots available in the building.

Pros: Loved the video guide how to access the building, parking and apartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

Pros: Everything was great. Property in very good location, quiet at night, but center is still not to far to walk or just take tram. Shops are around. Was clean and everything what we needed for stay.

Pros: It was great little apartment, not far from centre, we enjoyed our stay there .

Cons: Got nothing negative to say about this place.

Excellent service – Comfortable stay with room for improvement

Pros: We stayed at Residence Nad Vltavou for a few days and were very satisfied with our overall experience. The point that really stood out was the staff: very kind, friendly and always willing to help, no matter what we asked. Their response was immediate and we honestly felt that they really care about the comfort of their guests. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. There is, however, some room for improvement in the area of cleanliness, mainly in details that make a difference, such as the surfaces and the bathroom. Nevertheless, the overall impression was positive and we would definitely consider it again for a future visit to Prague, mainly thanks to the human and professional approach of the team.

Pros: Private parking. The best ever host expedition how to find apartment and use parking :) Near city center. New apartment.

Cons: To little kitchen equipment. Need more plates etc. No air conditioning, so you must use opened windows and then you get bad sleep..

Great and quiet location!

Pros: Quiet location!!! Safe parking place in the underground garage. Close to tram stations. Is about 15-20 min distance from downtown by taxi or tram. Well equipped apartment, but we didn't stay too much in. (the city is unbelievable!!!) Small playground for children. Lidl is 150 meters distance.

Cons: The missing toilet paper. :-) , but we solved in 10 minutes at Lidl.

Paradise.

Pros: Great value for money, close to city center, has lidl right next to it, clean, great and secure parking , the manager was super welcoming gave us advice what to see where to go … all in all a great stay

Pros: Apartment was perfect with the dogs! Easy to go for walks 😊

Cons: Too little toilet paper, nothing for cooking or making coffee. Broken clock keep noise. Little things but could be better.
