ROY 2 bdr Apartment with Prague Castle View

An apartment in the best location you could ask for, at a fair price, and well equipped.

Pros: The apartment is excellent and located in the best possible spot, in the heart of the Old City, close to restaurants and attractions. It’s a large and spacious apartment, great to have plenty of beds, two toilets and showers, a very well-equipped kitchen, and even air conditioning!

Cons: What I liked less was that the parking is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment, plus around a 5-minute wait for the car. The apartment itself is in a building where the elevator is very small and only goes up to the 4th floor; then there is another floor to climb on foot, followed by an additional floor via a spiral staircase to reach the apartment. This is a bit inconvenient, especially when traveling with children and lots of suitcases and bags.

Great location, great apartment

Pros: Great location and view from the apartment. Lovely spacious two bedrooms with everything you could need for your stay in Prague (good hairdryer provided) Good communication with the host would absolutely recommend!

Cons: Very minor but a tea towel in the property would have been good! Also not a problem for us but guests should be aware there is quite a lot of noise from local nightclubs/bars and a school nearby which can be heard in the bedrooms.

Great stay - Central Location

Pros: All rooms have AC. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped . Washrooms are large. Rooms decent big. They do charge 200 euro as security so better keep a video handy of entire apartment just to avoid any disputes later. Overall a good apartment to stay... Not to forget location is central so it was very convenient. Communication was perfect and well managed.

Cons: The lift goes to 4th floor only. From there you need to take 2 set of staircase. It was well informed to us so no issues. But little inconvenient to pull large luggages over the staircase, in case you are carrying one.

Pros: The view of the castle was spectacular, all rooms were air conditioned for our summer stay.

Pros: Close to all the attractions of Prague and several nice restaurants nearby, very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, easy and quick contact with the owner. I recommend it.

Cosy, central accommodation

Pros: The apartment is in the centre of the old Prague. All beautifull sights are nearby. The apartman has a big livingroom with kitchen, two cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them is separate, and one of them is connecting to the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It is good to know that the caffee maschine is Nespresso (unfortunatelly cafe capsule was not possible to buy in the nearby shops)

Cons: The noise early morning. There are some construction in the area. And the bars are noisy in evening.

Great Location, clean, lovely apartment

Pros: Location is excellent Clean, good air con, comfy, easy to check in Good at communication.

Cons: Nothing - everything was amazing

It was a great experience for us and definitely when we go back we will book the same flat.

Pros: This property location it was perfect for what we needed it. We had two toddies and a baby with us so we was looking for something nearly to the centre and we found it.

Pros: The location was perfect and we loved the beautiful building. The view from the cozy apartment was amazing. I will book this place again.
