Great location but noisy.
Pros: Excellent location a short walk from the centre. Well equipped with nice TV and a good strong shower. Clean.
Cons: Soundproofing of apartment not great. On 2 of the 3 nights, there was lots of shouting and noise from people on the street outside and from people going up the stairs inside the building until 2 or 3 in the morning, preventing sleep. Main bed was a bit creaky.

Pros: Apartment is Beautifully designed and modern, all electrical devices are new and easy to set. Central location. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: Only one toilet (two bathrooms) for 5 people was not enough

Pros: Excellent location, in the city centre. The appartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony is very nice. There is cleaning every day, but early in the morning (9am) so you can either get up early or just ask for new towels. There is a lift to all floors.
Cons: There is quite some street noise at night, so you better bring ear plugs if you want to sleep well. The appartment is ready from 3pm, but if you want to come earlier you can pay an extra fee. There is no reception, so you cannot leave your luggage there, but there are several luggage locker places close by.

Nice apartment in a perfect location
Pros: Apartment is quite comfortable, very clean and equipped with all the necessary things as described. Its location is perfect - we were able to reach all interesting places on foot. Check-in is very easy.
Cons: Rooms are not soundproof, so especially in the living room we heard all the noises from the street. There was a big problem with closing the windows properly in the bedroom, and on the last day, one curtain rod in the living room fell off when we wanted to open the curtains.

Beautiful apartment but a couple of maintenance issues need attention
Pros: Dutifully presented property. Great location. Great Kitchen and driving space
Cons: Drain in ensuite was blocked and air conditioning had a loud whistle so we had to swap into other bedroom which also had a noisy air conditioner

Pros: spacious, clean well finished and decent location to main tourist areas of the city, close to public transport metro station etc.
Cons: one night the shower went cold before we were finished showering.

One of the best rental apartments we ever rented, period.
Pros: The location was fabulous, within walking distance to most touristic spots. The apartment has underfloor heating and is extremely comfortable, the fittings are all top quality and the decor is detailed and sophisticated. If we ever return to Prague, I will make sure we book this particular apartment again. It can accommodate guests from all walks of life, no one will ever feel that has overpaid or stayed in a substandard apartment, independently of their capabilities.
Cons: The code originally supplied by email didn't work, but it was promptly solved by the phone, on arrival. On the second night, the neighbors upstairs decided to move furniture during the night, but it stopped the day after, after being reported. The fact that there is only one toilet for the whole apartment may be a bit awkward at times, to say the least, making it more suitable to families than groups, without being a detrimental factor, its design.

The apartment was a safe and quiet gateway after a busy day
Pros: - The whole process of booking, check-in and check-out was seamless and involved minimal interaction with the host. - very close to palladium mall, but you don't hear the noise from the street - 5 minutes away from the astronomical clock
Cons: - our bed had a springs mattress, you could hear the other person moving due to the springs. - the apartment is kind of away from most attractions such as the illusion museum, Franz Kafka statue, Charles bridge. It would take you about 10-20 minutes on foot
