Masná - Old Town Residence

Pros: Before we arrive we could have communicate with the landlord/agency easily. The acces to house was fast and all of the information about the apartment was clear. The apartmen is located so close to center and christmas markets. It was really clean and big house. The price was really good for such kind of house.

Cons: The apartment may be a bit more warm. I am not sure if the heating system is enough during winter. But the blankets were keeping us really warm.

Fantastic Location & Apartment

Pros: Spacious, Central Location,Very helpful team and informative .Grear City, we walked to Charles bridge, Castle, Christmas Markets, High Street had a great time

Cons: Just TV reception, if we had travelled in Summer wouldn't have noticed or minded , would be nice to have in evenings (November )

Pros: The location is excellent, and the apartment is quite spacious. It was very clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were very pleasant. This accommodation offers great value for its price. We will certainly return here on our next visit to Prague.

Cons: The internet connection was unfortunately quite poor, which I had reported. If you work from home, and need a reliable internet connection, then it's quite challenging. Additionally, while the kitchen was warm, the rooms were rather cold, a concern I also brought to attention, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed.

Great Appartment

Pros: The Appartment was located close to the square so most things were in walking distance. There was a bar next door and 3 restaurants very close by as well as a supermarket on the doorstep.

Cons: The internet was a bit hit and miss.

Lovely big apartment, great location, really clean and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location, the apartment is bright, spacious, clean and 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet was a great addition. 5 minutes walk to the centre, a couple of lovely bistros on the street (one which gives you 10% discount for staying at these apartments) , couldn't have asked for anymore!

Everything except the amenities is perfect.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was close to the old town (tourist area), within walking distance, yet sufficiently quiet. More than anyother things, this apartment was very specious!

Cons: Despite the apartment's spaciousness and rich ambience, the facilities were extremely poor. There was a coffee machine, but no dedicated capsules. (A coffee machine is fine, but if provided, capsules should be supplied.) The kitchen contained soap, but it was impossible to tell whether it was for handwashing or dishwashing. The bathroom had a similar pump-action soap dispenser, but it was presumably intended for the same purpose. Having stayed in numerous apartments across Europe, sorry but this ranks among the worst in terms of poor facilities. While one might accept a lower standard of facilities in budget apartments, the gap between the luxurious interior and the quality of amenities was simply too great.

Great location, very big and clean , poor Wi Fi and parking is non convenient (far and expensive)

Pros: The flat is very clean, super big, fully renovated and the location is 3 minutes walking to the Astronomical Clock

Cons: Wi Fi is very poor. The parking is far and very expensive and we had to return the parking ticket to the reception office after leaving the parking, which made it a bit complicated to drive from the parking to the reception. But if you don't have a car- perfect location and will definitely book it again.

Perfect stay for group

Pros: Huge place. Lots of room. Close to old town square

Perfect place for big groups, families etc. Quiet and well planned out, apartment has everything!

Pros: The apartment is huge. Plenty of space. Great location! Super clean and tidy.

Cons: The bathrooms didnt smell great, stuffy because there is no air.
