Modern loft-apartments in Prague

Pros: Great location in Karlin, which we choose because of the event taking place in forum karlin. Subway and tram stops just a few minutes away, which was very convenient for us, you can reach other parts of town easily. Apartment was comfortable enough for 6 people. Good place for a short city break :)

Pros: very pleasant stay, clean accommodation close to shops, metro and responsive owner.

Great stay, highly recommend!

Pros: The location is very close to the metro, so you can move around the city easily. There is an elevator so it is stroller friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Nice location, metro station and tram near. Lots of restaurants and bars in the near area.

Cons: No air conditioning (only small table fan). Very hot in the sleeping loft when outer temperature over 25C.

Great for groups

Pros: The apartment was exactly as the photos. Clean and great location. 2mins from metro or 15/20 mins walk from palladium shopping mall (prague1) A mini mart opposite the apartment if you need anything as open 24/7 There’s washing machine,dishwasher and kitchen was well equipped. Staff/Host were great and answered all of our questions when we needed assistance. Totally recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like, more of a recommendation. As it was 26/27 degrees on a few days we were there, an electric fan would have been good during the night. I had to open all the windows and doors as it was so hot. Toilet roll needs to be topped up every two days especially when a big group of people. We had 3 rolls between 5 of us and used within 3 days we end up having to buy some for the rest of the week. When we asked no one came to deliver any until after we bought some.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment, great location, parking in the building.

Great location and nice modern apatment.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location in Karlin, a less touristy and really nice neighbourhood. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants around. Also, the apartment is fully equipped and modern, you can work from there as well.

Cons: The communication was all over the place. The apartment changed name once during our booking (and it has a completely different name now), it even changed what they offer as firstly they offered free parking. Thankfully they acknowledged we booked it before they changed the parking but later forgot again. Nothing really wrong happened, it was just a bit confusing.

Pros: Nice apartment, everything looks like in the photo. It was very clean, the beds were made. There are shops and cafes nearby. If you are in Prague, I recommend staying in these apartments

Fantástico Karlin

Pros: La ubicación es estupenda, es un barrio muy ameno que ofrece todo lo que se puede necesitar super cerca del centro a la vez que evitas las zonas súper turísticas. El apartamento está super equipado, todo lo necesario para tener una estancia fantástica y el personal muy atento.

Cons: Cabría reparar algunas cosas que, por el uso, empiezan a parecer vetusta y usadas. Pero nada que perjudique la estancia.
