Great standard, perfect location for visiting Prague

Pros: - high standard accommodation - we enjoyed very much the apartment. It had everything we needed included kitchen supplies - nice and big bathroom - super comfy beds - great water pressure in the shower and very nice size bathroom - the area is just perfect. Cafes, bars and restaurants all around the corner. Only 15 min by public transport to the old town. Groceries store downstairs - if you come by car you can use their free parking space in the underground garage - easy to collect to keys. We were contracted a day before our arrival with all of the instructions for self check in - flat was very clean and

Cons: Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to crate one message with instructions for the check in , preferably in the PDF form, instead of sending multiple with 1 sentences. This felt a bit chaotic. A nice pdf file could benefit to both sides and make things a bit easier for everyone

Pros: Nice, clean apartment, close to center and main squares, I would definitely recommend.

Pros: Free parking in front of the door. Big chances to self cooking. Big TV in bedroom.

Pros: Сonvenient location, parking, It was fairly clean, but there were some old stains and small holes on the sheets.

Cons: It was very stuffy and we had to sleep with the windows open. But the windows overlook a large construction site. That's why we were woken up by the noise from the construction site from early morning.

Pros: I liked everything! The apartment was exactly as described: clean bathroom, clean and available towels. Fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, dishes, glasses – everything arranged and clean. Clean bedroom. Underground parking available. Metro, bus, and tram stations 2 minutes away. Very close to the center of Prague. We will definitely come back!

Pros: Excellent location right next to the Na Knížecí tram stop, close to the city center. There are many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby and a grocery store directly in the building. The apartment is nice, new, and comfortable. A great advantage is the free on-site underground parking. Pick up the keys at the reception in the same building, and then you can park in the garage. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was smooth and easy.

Cons: In summer, it can get a bit warm in the apartment, and it's not so easy to ventilate because of nearby construction and noise from the street

Pros: Everything is very nice, starting from entering in parking garage, entire bilding, elevator and the flat is very very nice and clean. The place is very quiet and excellent for resting.

Lovely modern apartment

Pros: It was a convenient location for us, the apartment was very clean and modern. Lots of places to have a breakfast close by.

I’d definitely recommend the place: modern and clean, underground parking, clear guidance, good location.

Pros: New-built, modern, and clean apartment with all needed stuff, underground parking place, easy to reach for the city center and back, a store in the building.

Cons: All is good!

Perfect for family!!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family. It's just a tram ride away from the city center, with a bus stop conveniently located right below.

Cons: Nothing. Everything is perfect.
