Merkur apartments

Pros: We loved - the great location with good connection to public transport. - The wonderful view and the huge windows. . - The well-equipped kitchen - a coffee machine besides the kettle would have been great. -The second bathroom - The taxi driver who works with Merkur apartments - The prompt answers we got from the staff through massaging

Cons: - The keys are not available in the building. You either have to go get them or pay a fee to have them brought - The furniture is very low and not too sturdy. - The floor needs to be repaired It's a pity for such a wonderful wooden floor to look dirty, while it is badly scratched at some points. - The fact that they charged us extra 15€ for just one extra hour and 15 minutes on departure - On the first night the heaters didn't work as they should and it was pretty cold. On the second day they brought us over a heater, which made a great difference. On the following days the built-in heaters unexpectedly worked much better as well.

Pros: Spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms,good views location ,lift up .Staff very responsive when we reported needing more bed linen and getting a tap fixed

Cons: Living area lacked ambience, Dull lighting Having to collect keys from different place. Would appreciate coffee maker

Pros: Apartment was in excellent location for getting about easily, felt really safe in the area Apartment was lovely bright and clean, modern kitchen and bathroom with a couple of kitchen supplies and bathroom toiletries left on arrival Hairdryer worked great, TV worked but couldn’t adjust volume which was stuck on high but the apartment was stunning with views and ease of access Spot on location

Cons: The only downfall about the apartment was noise from outside, could hear all night the trams up and down the road, constant raving of cars as on a busy street and ambulances This was only issue the noise but had no relation to the apartment which was spotless and in perfect location Maybe could do with some lighting in the entrance to the building as was very dark when arriving late at night Collecting the keys as was gone 10 at night was a little difficult as didn’t know the area and couldn’t see access code on outside of building as not very well lit

Nice and functional with best location

Pros: Spacy, top destination, two bathrooms, clean and good instructions.

Cons: Tricky entrance (like 8 keys, only 4 needed), traffic noise is rather high 24/7, furniture could be better

Pros: Had an exceptional experience staying with Merkur Apartments. Everything was just perfect, the rooms, the security, the cleanliness, the location & the view is fabulous. They had an all inhouse facility with all kitchen equipment as well. If you want to stay in Prague, I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Pros: The location was excellent and the property was very clean and very good

Cons: The mattresses were very soft and pillows were a bit hard but ok. The TV didn’t work at first and we had difficulty finding the office due to a lot of building and then finding the accommodation. I am 80 years old and old that walking was quite difficult for me

Lovely apartment and even better views

Pros: The location, the infrastructure, the views on the river, it was amazing, the check in was easy and the location of the reception is not far from the apartment, it was clean and completely equipped

Cons: As a con, I would say there is only one set of keys, so if you are coming with friends on a group of 4 can be a little bit difficult at some point

Pros: The position of the apartment allows guests to walk to reach the old and the new town in maximum 15 minutes, weather permitting of course. Different facilities (pharmacy, market, coffees) are located very close to the apartment.

Cons: As other guests already reported, I can confirm the area is quite noisy, also during the night. Windows glasses do not protect from the sounds coming from the street.

Pros: Perfect location. The flat was spacious, two separate rooms + living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one in-suite), nice views. The heating worked perfectly. They also set up a small Christmas tree which was a nice detail. I would book this apartment again.

Cons: The beds were too soft. No coffee machine (but there is a kettle). Picking up the keys wasn't that bad, it's a 10 minute walk.
