便利で快適

Pros: 地下鉄フローレンス駅やバスセンターから近く、大型スーパーも近いので便利でした。移動も買い物も非常に便利です。

Cons: 洗濯機は、故障しているのかそういう仕様なのかわかりませんが、ものすごく洗濯時間が長いです。初日は、７時間経っても洗濯が終わりませんでした。自動だといつまで経っても終わらないので、洗濯と脱水を手動で切り替えることで洗濯していました。

Pros: Great place to stay when you travel for a lot of planned activities. It provides all the appliances you need to cook, do your laundry, etc.. It is also nice to have a breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. It's located in a relatively quiet part of town with a lot of possibilities to enjoy food, beer, wine, etc.

Cons: In the otherwise quiet place the refrigerator was quite noisy, although you can turn it off if you don't use it. The entry door could have better soundproofing since sometimes I thought someone is breaking in when the neighbors were entering or leaving their apartments.
