Pros: Sehr gute Lage, alles an interessanten Gebäuden in der Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahn um die Ecke. Ruhige Lage, Klimaanlage funktioniert super bei den hohen Temperaturen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt.
