Brilliant, true to the photos, but better in person.

Pros: The size of the apartment is incredible, we were a family of 3 and it was more than what we needed. 2 separate toilets, and 2 separate bedroom spaces. Incredible main bathroom and well equipped kitchen

Cons: Lights in the general staircase area did not work, which was okay but in the winter, getting from the main building entrance to the apartment front door requires some light. The actual apartment itself is fantastic

Pros: Everything !!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful, spacious, and every detail is so thoughtfully considered — it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the coffee machine was a perfect touch — such a great way to start the day! There was a slight misunderstanding at the beginning (completely my fault), but I want to sincerely apologize for that. Lucy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout — she’s truly amazing and made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t recommend this place enough — everything was just perfect. ✨

Pros: Es ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und der Service perfekt! Preislich hervorragend. :)

Cons: Es wurde nicht gründlich geputzt (Haare am Boden und in der Badewanne, Fernbedienung vom Fernseher hatte ekelhafte undefinierbare Teile zwischen den Tasten kleben, Staub und anderer Grind in vielen Ecken der Wohnung und das Geschirr war auch nicht wirklich sauber und das Sofa hat seltsame Flecken auf dem linken Sitzpolster). Haben ein Desinfektionsmittel gekauft und nochmal nachgereinigt um uns richtig wohlfühlen zu können. Den Nachtkasten neben dem Bett im Wohnzimmer habe ich in einen Kasten stellen müssen, weil da braunschwarze Flecken drauf waren, vor denen es mir geekelt hat. Zudem ist die Ausstattung der Küche etwas mager (und die Kaffeemaschine kaputt oder nicht funktionsfähig) bzw. fehlt auch ein komplette Jalousie im Wohnzimmer neben dem Bett, was die Benützung schwer möglich macht, da es zu hell ist zum schlafen und morgens die Student*innen und Professor*innen des vis a vis liegenden Uni Gebäudes auf dich blicken können. Hätten uns die fehlende Jalousie für etwas mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles super!

It is a great apartment, very modern and spacious.

Pros: I had some trouble figuring out where the apartment was located just because I had misread some of the literature and I was unfamiliar with how the streets were addressed.The host communicated with me the entire time until we were able to find the location.

Magnifique appartement, très bien situé

Pros: Idéalement placé, l’appartement est très grand, avec de nombreux rangement. La salle de bain est magnifique avec son dressing attenant, un rêve de modeuse. La cuisine est belle et fonctionnelle.

Cons: Le store du dressing était cassé. Manque peut être une poubelle dans la salle de bain.

Great location, clean and modern space.

Pros: Lots of space, very clean, sleek modern decor. Central to all. Felt very safe. Washing machines and dryer in unit was great! Nice balcony with view. Lots of closet space. 1-1/2 bathrooms.

Cons: Hard to navigate initially, so pay attention to instructions. Only one AC in the bedroom, so living room window had to be open and was noisy and uncomfortably muggy. No blackout blinds, so very bright. Toiletries was deficient. Initially given only one hand soap for two bathrooms and kitchen sink and 4 small body wash/shampoo for 4 ppl and 5 days. When asked staff,they commented it wasn’t a hotel, so we should buy our own. So we did and then they ended up dropping off some soap.
