Prague Downtown Vinohrady - next to Havlícek Park

This place is absolutely charming

Pros: I absolutely loved staying here. It was important for us to have separate bedrooms and a shared space because we were meeting with a couple of friends, and this place met all our requirements. The neighborhood was lovely, too, and there was parking available right outside the building (free at weekends). The apartment is spacious, light and warm and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I didn't hear any noise, either during the day or at night. There are a variety of pubs and restaurants nearby. It's also easy to get to the center on foot or using public transport — we preferred to have a nice walk and explore the surroundings.

Cons: Although the meeting with the owners was quick and straightforward, I'd prefer a contactless check-in. It would also be great to have a couple of dishwasher and washing machine capsules available.

It was excellent, good money value.

Pros: Staying at this place was one of the best experiences I’ve had during my travels. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great — although not right in the city center, it was close enough to walk there easily. The host was very considerate and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Ideal location, good value, fantastic Park 2 mins` away, all the bits`n` pieces you want

Pros: The appartment was excellent : clean, 2 bedrooms of a good size, kitchen-lounge, of a big size , 2 bathrooms . Very convenient :one, outside of the centre but ,two, it was near the transport lines for the centre and beyond (5 minutes` walk). Plenty of towels , bedding ; loads of plates, cutlery; v modern oven , microwave . Finally a very good price for the area - the Havlicek Park is a MUST : massive, clean , well looked after , some very interesting sights as well as play places for children , acres of greenery for sun-bathing ....even a vineyard . V highly recommended .

Pros: Vše bylo čisté, nic nechybělo. Vše v pohodě. Určitě doporučuji.

Kurztrip Prag

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man für einen Kurzen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und spricht sogar etwas Deutsch. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem, die Matratzen sind Recht hart aber das stört uns nicht. Handtücher waren sehr viele vorhanden so das man wechseln konnte. Wir haben unser Auto vor dem Haus abgestellt und sind zu Fuß nach Downtown ca. 30min. Straßenbahn, Kiosk, Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5min entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Buchen.

Cons: Die Mülltonnen stehen unten im Hausflur in einem Durchgang, dadurch stinkt es wenn man das Haus betritt. Jedoch ist davon im Treppenhaus nichts mehr zu riechen. Leider nur öffentliche Parkplätze die teuer sind, jedoch kann man am Wochenende kostenlos vor dem Haus parken ansonsten kosten die Parkplätze für 24 Std 19.90€
