Pros: Sehr gute Lage, dadurch schnelle Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Saubere Wohnung mit vielen nützlichen Küchengeräten ausgestattet.

Cons: Etwas hellhörig in der Wohnung.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, останавливаемся у же второй раз. Все полностью устраивает. Хорошее расположение, недалеко от центра, от ж.д. вокзала. Уютные, чистые апартаменты со всем необходимым.

Pros: Die Lage war sehr Zentral Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man für kurze Aufenthalte braucht ausgestattet

Cons: Kommunikation war oft schleppend. Wir haben bereits bei der Buchung ein Parkplatz dazu angefragt. Darauf wurde aber kurz vor Anreise drauf eingegangen und da war bereits alles ausgebucht. Den Zugangscode zum Eintritt in die Unterkunft mussten wir auch erfragen.

Location ottima, ma comunicazione carente

Pros: Appartamento pulito, ampia zona cucina-disimpegno, bagno ampio con termosifone e appendini, ripostiglio con lavatrice. Camera da letto spaziosa. Posizione un po’ decentrata ma in 5’ a piedi si arriva allo snodo metro e tram I.P. Pavlova, e da lì in poche fermate si arriva in tutti i punti più interessanti. Gradita la cortesia del riscaldamento acceso dato il week-end improvvisamente freddo.

Cons: Comunicazione molto carente, soprattutto sul posto per l’apertura del portone d’ingresso. Non c’è una reception, e il codice inviatoci era errato. Siamo entrati solo grazie a una signora che stava uscendo dal palazzo. Il telefono del gestore risultava “non al momento raggiungibile”, nonostante fossimo all’interno della fascia oraria indicata per l’arrivo. Istruzioni approssimative per sbloccare la cassetta di sicurezza con la chiave: saremo stati stupidi noi, ma che si debba girare un perno dopo aver inserito il codice di sblocco (senza rischiare di sfasciare tutto forzando) non è affatto scontato. È un peccato, perchè la location in sè è ottima. - no microonde, sapone bagno quasi finito, infissi in camera da cambiare.

Pros: Very clean, very nice owner, there is a iron, clean towels, plates mugs etc Location is amazing, it is quiet and the metro/tram stop is very close.
