Pros: Great apartment! We lived with a group of 4 people and another 17-year-old son came to visit for tea, everyone liked something different in the apartment - it was warm, clean, very cozy, especially in the living room, where sofas, armchairs, cushions, a floor lamp and a live Christmas tree with a garland created a wonderful atmosphere. The apartment has a really retro style, a lot of details from the end of the last century, and this is unusual, stands out from the uniformity. Thanks to the owner Karel for the live Christmas tree and a lot of necessary things - a hair dryer, a robot vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a toaster, a lot of dishes. The location is also great, 5 minutes to the metro, two shopping malls nearby. In general, we were very satisfied!

Sehr angenehmer, problemloser Aufenthalt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

Pros: Lage sehr gut. Haus und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. Metrostation 500 Meter entfernt. Supermarkt und Mini-Markets gegenüber. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Příjemné místo s metrem v dosahu.

Pros: I když je ubytování u čtyřpruhé silnice, je to vcelku klidná ulice. Strana do dvora připomíná vlastně park. Byt je plně vybaven. Na zastávku metra Budějovická je to asi 400 m. Zde je plná vybavenost včetně pekárny, supermarketu, hospody.

Pros: Bardzo blisko metra (stacja Budejovicka, linia czerwona C) - ok. 5 minut piechotą. Apartament dobrze wyposażony - garnki, sztućce, nożyczki, lodwóka, pralka, mikrofalówka, przyprawy, kawa, herbata, worki na smieci, kapcie, środki czystości itp. Można było przyjechać \

Cons: Toaleta i łazienka wymagałyby remontu (było czysto, ale jednak kibel retro-górnopłuk i mocno podniszczona wanna to nie jest szczyt marzeń - te rzeczy nie musza koniecznie być retro. :) ) Przydałby się jakis odświeżacz powietrza w ubikacji. Dobrze byłoby jakoś przykleić dywan w salonie, żeby nie \
