Pros: Great location, next to tram and metro. Great organization with room codes and very simple to check in and out. Also the bed is very comfortable and apartment was clean.

Cons: The sound isolation isn't great you can hear walking and tv's from other rooms. There was some stains on a towel and bed sheet, not a big problem, just something to point out.

Spacious, clean, and perfectly located apartment in Karlin

Pros: Spacious, clean, very warm, which is great for a February visit. The location is ideal - walkable to the center, but trams and metro nearby, great infrastructure around with various supermarkets, stores and restaurants.

Cons: Heads up to tall people, shower frame might be a bit low. Would be great to have a dedicated hand towel, and kitchen or paper towels. As we came during muddy weather, a door mat inside would be very useful too to keep the floors clean. As nice touch will be having recommendations for the area.

Pros: Very clean, very comfortable, liked the automatic entering system. The room is surprisingly silent considering it looks at the street.

Cons: I couldn't boil water, as the hot water from the coffee machine is giving coffee-stained water and there is no other option.

Pros: Everything was super. Neer to the metro station, cozy and clean.

Pros: The accommodation met my expectations exactly. Great location, good transport accessibility, a very beautiful apartment, and a high level of cleanliness. I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Location was good, room and facilities are new and in good condition, very clean.

Cons: Room was a little too small, but not a big deal size wise, but for the money.....a bit small

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Everything was through web and didnt see any staff. Directions were very clear.

Pros: We loved that it was so clean and that there was a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates waiting for us!

Cons: If I had to mention something, it was that the sink felt a little high but that was really not a problem at all.

Warm & cosy!

Pros: Friendly & very helpful staff member helped us set up the sofa bed. Nicely decorated. The living area with sofa bed & kitchen could be closed off from the bedroom which suited our family arrangement. Cooked a few meals and appreciated the kitchen facilities including the dishwasher. Having a simple to use washing machine was also great. Great location: close to supermarkets, eating places, bus & train stations & a short tram ride into the old town.
