Prague City Residence

Pros: Everything was great room was clean and smelled amazing, just when we were about to leave they changed us some taxes, but when I paid for the apartment, before coming, it said taxes included, it wasn't a big amount just didn't expect it.

Pros: The location was good, it was a 15-20 min from the city center. The accommodation was 2 -3 min walk from the public transport

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable and not recommended for 2 people.

Pros: Good position with outside breakfast just 8 minutes walk trams and metro station 10 minutes walk and quiet area. Private bathroom hot water heating all day wifi strong TV kitchen equipment for cooking fridge balcony door can be opened.

Cons: I think there must be a cleaning staff in the hotel for every other day.

Good location clean but not the best

Pros: Location is good metro 5 minute walk with a supermarket next to the metro, city centre a few minutes on the metro

Cons: No one to address issues the front desk is not manned for more than a couple of hours and to be honest they may as well not bother at all. No towel to dry crockery, one towel basically they provide the bare minimum

Pros: Everything was good, met our requirements. With kids they made our check-in 30 mins earlier.

Cons: In Kitchen they didn't provide dish soap, sponge and cleaning cloth.

Pros: It's was clean and not far away with sub way from city centre, easy to find

Cons: The bed and pillows were not as comfy as we thought, and the neighbours were too noisy, and they could leave at least some tea bags or some little water bottles to wait for us because we didn't find anything there and we arrive 23:30 pm so all the shops were closed and the TV its not smart.

Clean & safe

Pros: Good location, close to tram station that connects you to the city center. Loved that we had parking and that it felt safe in the neighbourhood. Grocery store is also close by. Everything was very clean and sterile!

Cons: There was no salt (or any spice), no dishwasher liquid or sponge in the apartment. It felt wasteful to buy new stuff for a two-day-stay and then just leave it to be disposed of.

Spacious clean, affordable family apartment for a short stay in Prague.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough space for my family of four. The bathroom was very nice and the communication was especially clear and professional. We liked having the option of secure parking. Everything was extremely clean in the apartment. it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants and several shops.

Cons: Really the only complaint that I have is that there were no dish towels, sponge, or handwashing dish soap in the kitchenette. We had to buy dish soap and use one of the extra face towels for a dish towel.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: Check-in until midnight was very helpful for us. Very clean room and comfortable beds. We were offered a free cot for our baby to sleep in. Great location.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great location, close to trams and trains. Huge apartment with nice bathroom and kitchenette. Easy to check in and out.

Cons: Could do with some better kitchen supplies to make use of the cooking facilities, but we made do for a few nights. We didn’t see any staff our whole stay but this wasn’t actually an issue.
