Cosy and spacy

Pros: The room had a lot of space and in a great location. It was clean and warm.

Cons: The only negative thing was that the refrigerator was noisy some times. The last night we unplagged it.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

Comfortable, convenient and exceeded expectations

Pros: Room comfortable, spacious and clean room, nice and bright, good location.

Cons: Clearer directions on booking for where to locate reception to find keys as the apartments are in a separate building to the reception It is only a short walk to reception however would be handy to know when booking

Pros: The location is excellent, very convenient short walk distance to the iconic Charles bridge and also to the Castle of Prague. As the building is nearby several embassies, the security is great.

Cons: The pillows are quite big and flat. The check in is at a different address 3 minutes walk only, just a little inconvenience.

Pros: The room was very clean. The bed was cozy and the room warm. The hotel location was perfect, nearby many restaurants and other attractions. The fact that it is located across the US embassy assured us a quiet and safe zone.

Cons: The pillows were too big, they weren't full enough to ensure good support for the neck which made them uncomfortable.

My stay was absolutely the best ever I couldn’t even have any more words to say then fantastic

Pros: It was very safe and very comfortable to be in to get to your room there was a lift and it help a lot to get you and your bags to your room

Pros: The stay was really nice and the location is great. Even though it says Apartment its actually a spacious room in an older house where there is a separate kitchen that could be used. For me this was no issue, as the information is also given in their hotel brief. The hotel informed prior to arrival where the key needs to be picked-up. The room was very clean and even though facing the street very quiet and the housekeeping did stop by daily to check on the room and clean it. The location is great, super close to the Charles Bridge and a lot of nice restaurants around. Since it's directly opposite the US Embassy there was also always security outside on the street which makes it very secure.

Cons: Ideally someone would maybe be around the Apartment to welcome you as I had a big luggage with me and to bring it wall the way down (and up again to the Vintage Hotel for stoarge until my flight) on the cobble stones is not very convenient. It would be great to have a storage option there. Also, while I appreciate the cleaning I found it odd to remove a half full toilet paper roll and replace it with a new one. I appreciate the gesture, but there was still plenty of toilet paper on the roll so I found it a bit unnecessary. This is just my personal opinion though.

Great location and comfortable for working

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the small welcome treats provided by the hotel. The room was spacious, had a nice view, and included a writing desk, which was convenient as I was traveling for work. The interior is not newly renovated, but it is well maintained and in good condition. Overall, everything was satisfactory.

Cons: The staff are rather reserved in their communication, but they respond clearly and efficiently to specific requests.

Pros: Great location - 5 minutes walking from Karl Bridge. Very clean, spacious room. Good service. We enjoyed our stay
