Comfortable, well-located in the heart of Prague, and an overall excellent stay.

Pros: The location was outstanding truly one of the best in Prague, just steps from Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, and although it’s in a central area, noise from outside was much less than we expected and never disrupted our stay. We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome with champagne and the minibar included in the fee, which was a thoughtful and delightful surprise.

Cons: Our only minor issue was that the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. However, we believe this would have been easily resolved upon request, as the service throughout our stay was very good.

Pros: Everything was great.It had everything that a person could want.The staff were so kind.It is close to everything and we didn’t need public transport.I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: We have travelled for the last 4 months and I have not ever experienced an apartment like this one. The location was perfect - directions were clear and percise The room.was perfect The facilities was perfect The staff were perfect - thankyou Muhammed I couldn't asked for anything better. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival with a small box of biscuits (i think that was because it was Christmas) but the mini bar is also free. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had lots of space. Thank you so much for making our last stop in Europe memorable.

Amazing value and service. Unmatched location.

Pros: In the spirit of Christmas, the residence gave an assortment of Christmas biscuits and champagne alongside the whole mini-fridge for free. The service was amazing - hotel like cleaning up service alongside help from staff insisting on bringing luggage up because the lift was out of order.

Cons: The hot towel rack in the toilet was big but was awkward to hang any clothing/towel. Could maybe install a small hook on the toilet door to solve the problem.

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The location of the property was excellent! We didn’t realise how close it was to the Lesser Prague Archway (the other side of Charles Bridge). The hotel is literally along the busy street but the moment you step inside the hotel, its quite you can barely any noise from the outside. The room was great and has complete toiletries and amazing. The staff were really nice and very accommodating! Perfect for a couple or to anyone who would want a few minutes/hours rest and go out again. The location is everything! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Cons: Our regret was, we didn’t look up our room properly, as we accidentally chose a windowless room. But regardless it was all good.

Charming hotel by Charles Bridge, lovely stay overall, just make sure your room has a window.

Pros: A lovely boutique hotel with an absolutely perfect location right by the Charles Bridge. The staff member who welcomed us was incredibly kind and greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. He speaks many languages, which made everything even more pleasant. The room was spotless, and the entire minibar was complimentary — plus a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. I honestly don’t remember ever having a free minibar anywhere else. There were also tea and coffee available in the room. And comfortable, high-quality slippers. The bathroom was stocked with L’Occitane toiletries, and the shower was very spacious. Check-in was easy to complete online, and access to the hotel is conveniently done via codes. A wonderful stay overall, highly recommended.

Cons: The biggest surprise for me was discovering that the room had no window! I had never experienced this before, and it was truly unexpected. There was no mention of this on the Booking, and I strongly believe it should be clearly stated, because I would never book a room without a window! The room itself was very small, this was noted in the description, so I was aware of it in advance. But the lack of a window was absolutely unacceptable for me. Because of the limited space, there was simply no fresh air, and the room felt extremely stuffy with no airflow at all. In the mornings, we had to open the entrance door to the hallway just to let in a bit of air from the cooler staircase. Please also note that the elevator is not working, which may be important for some guests. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel. I saw that they have larger rooms with windows, and I am sure those offer a much better experience. So I would definitely recommend staying here, just make sure to choose a different room category.

Gorgeous hotel

Pros: Everything the hotel is lovely spotless clean and in perfect location. Also you get a free mini bar also tea and coffee.
