James Hotel & Apartments

Pros: Everything was great, we booked for 2 people, but you can stay here up to 4 people. Very spacious apartment.

Cons: The bathtub drain was barely working.

Great vacation, hotel, staff and location.

Pros: The lady at the front desk was exceptional. 10/10. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Did everything she could to make our stay wonderful.

Festive short break

Pros: Location - not far from centre yet far enough away to be quieter. Handy for Starbucks and plenty corner stores etc and easily walkable to all tourist spots. Staff friendly.

Cons: It could have been freshened up a bit, needed aired, quite basic and clean enough but aspects needed deeper clean. Lacked amenities for kitchen as an apartment.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Great place to stay. Large comfortable rooms. Pleasantly warm. Perfect location. Close to main attractions but quiet. Good range of affordable places to eat close by.

Cons: No issues at all.

Great for our family city break

Pros: Enormous bedroom! Loads of space, lovely bathroom. Also great location.

A comfortable property, warm and ideally placed with a tram stop virtually outside.

Pros: This property is more like an Air BnB than a hotel, the restaurant is now a Starbucks but good food outlets are very close by.

Cons: On booking we didn't realise reception was only manned 9 - 5 and on the day of travel had an email saying it was 30 Euros to check in with a member of staff after 5. We opted for the key code option but arriving in a city on 1st visit someone to meet you is surely not a big ask.

Pros: The host was super helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was provided onside for a good price. They also let us arrive early.

Cons: Everything was good.

Most beautiful apartment in Prague

Pros: The most besutiful apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Not only was it comfortable it was also spacious. In one apartment you could squeeze in up to 10 people for the price of one night in a hotel. There is also a fridge, tv and a bathtub.

Cons: It isn’t that close to the Center so you have to either take the metro or uber. That’s about it.

Pros: Location was awesome and the apartment was enormous and comfortable. Two king size beds in different rooms and a bathroom the size of an apartment!! A fabulous view over the street where you could sit at the open windows looking down. Only a 5-10 mins walk to Charles Bridge.

Cons: Pillows were poor and doonas were also too small. There is a tiny fridge in the corner and very little appliances or crockery etc. For such an amazing apartment, it's surprising such obvious things are below standard or missing? Still we loved it overall.

Location made our break perfect. The ease of entrance is great.

Pros: Amazing location. The whole booking experience was pretty much perfection, so helpful. The apartment was huge with more than enough room.

Cons: Being picky. Not enough clothes hangers for the huge storage available.
