Excellant family run hotel. really comfortable, with great restaurant.

Pros: The location is the best in Slany and one can park right in front. I loved the terrace seating and the hotel restaurant serving there was excellant... I was amazed at the quality and the service... I lost my car key down the lift shaft, but the lady owner spent more than one hour phoning the lift company, and worked out how we could stop the lift and access the well to recuperate the key..Wow, amazing appreciation of the guest as my dog was stuck in a locked car! I can not thank the hotel enough.

prostě vše tak jak má být

Pros: S víkendem jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Super obsluha, jak na recepci, tak v restauraci. Usměvavý, milý a profesionální personál. Co dodat prostě vše v té nejvyšší kvalitě. Nemám co bych vytkla. Ubytování, jídlo, obsluha prostě na jedničku s hvězdičkou a ještě podtrženou.

Cons: Možná bych ještě doplnila nějakou kuřáckou místnost, aby hosté nemuseli svou nezdravou cigaretku kouřit před hotelem. Jsem nekuřák, ale to bych pro kuřáky určitě zřídila.

Pros: Ve Slaném je krásně, jezdím tam pravidelně již několik let. Ubytování jsem využila letos poprvé. BLa jsem nadšena. Snídaně moc dobrá. Možná bych ocenila trochu větší výběr, ale spokojená jsem byl i tak.

Pros: Vše bylo úžasné , uz při příchodu nás přivítala usměvavá a příjemná slečna recepční , vše nám vysvětlila a pak jsme měli nějaké procedury, kde byla také velmi příjemná obsluha , vybavení hotelu super, takže za nás , o kuchyni ani nemluvím 👍muzu jen vřele doporučit a určitě se sem budeme rádi vracet ❤️
