Plus Prague

Pros: I stayed only for a short sleep. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Personal closet (you can put your own locket). Felt safe.

Cons: There wasn't any handsoap or towels. A vendilator would be nice in the bathroom . There were outlets but not in every bed.

Great value for money.

Pros: I booked a private room and it exceeded my expectations for size, ensuite and comfort.

Cons: The sauna seemed to be monopolised, by some very peculiar men who would remove the towels when a woman came in. Not objecting to nudity, just pervs.

I would highly recommend plus Prague

Pros: I had a issue with the place I was staying at before plus Prague, they were able to accommodate me the same day, the staff were ever so helpful and even listened to my drama 😂

Cons: I’ll be completely real, there was nothing I didn’t like, it had everything I needed and more!

Pros: lots of facilities available and easy to use . staff were accomodating and nice. close to trams which made it easy when getting into the city centre !

Pros: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that the pool and sauna were included in the price. All the premises were clean. At night it was silent. Some things require a little renovation but all in all it was fine and I will definitely come there again:)

Pros: The location was good, many stores, markets, restaurant nearby. The hotel was nice, you can have access to a pool, sauna and gym and can use a microwave and kettle near the reception. And there's also a nice lounge area. People working there were all nice. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. I liked it.

Good for the money

Pros: Friendly stuff and guests, very clean, warm, and the breakfast is great

Cons: One of the guests in my room was really sick - she should’ve been quarantined. I would enjoy a bit more privacy with a curtain near the bed

Pros: The staff at the reception are very pleasant and helped us with all our questions. We rented one room for two people — there was plenty of space, and the shower and toilet were clean.

Cons: One small downside was that we found some hair in the bed, and the towel had some kind of stain on it. But I don’t consider this a big problem.

Pros: Probably the best kitchenless hostel. How can it be so cheap, I don't understand. I didn't try the breakfast,

Cons: Laundry service is a little expensive.

Pros: As for the hostel itself, I have no complaints. It was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. However, I strongly believe the staff should receive better training to handle situations like this more professionally and avoid unnecessary conflicts with guests.

Cons: Unfortunately, our experience started in a very stressful way. Upon arrival, we were directed to a different room than the one we had booked. We had reserved a large 8-bed dorm with a divider, which effectively makes it two separate 4-bed areas, but we were placed elsewhere. A few minutes after realizing the mistake, we went to reception and were assisted by a staff member who refused to relocate us. She insisted that we had already used the 8-bed room simply because it was messy. However, we had just arrived, there had been no room service, and the room was already in a messy condition when we entered. Despite our explanations, she was sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional, maintaining a fake smile throughout the conversation. The situation was only resolved because another receptionist, who was listening to the entire exchange, kindly intervened and confirmed that we had indeed just arrived. Unfortunately, we lost valuable time dealing with this issue. Since we were only staying a few days in Prague, this was a frustrating and stressful way to start our trip. As for the hostel itself, I have no complaints. It was clean, well-organized, and comfortable.
