A lovely and quiet place

Pros: Ideally quiet, comfy beds, perfectly clean, easy communication with the host. Not far away from Prague (about 1 hour drive in good traffic), makes a good base to visit Prague if want to avoid noisy and more expensive accommodation options. Seems to be a perfect place to spend a couple of days just enjoying peace and quiet in the village.

Cons: N/A, but bear in mind eating out options may be restricted. There's an absolutely charming venue \

Pros: Beautiful, big apartament. Hosts are wonderful, helpful and communication is easy. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come back. The area is magnificent as well.

Pros: The house is beautiful inside and out. The outdoors area is well-maintained and has a calming presence. The house inside is well-planned, and tidy. The owner is super nice, flexible, and always there if you have a question. There is a well stocked fridge filled with drinks to choose from. The rooms were clean and overall the whole house has a really calming atmosphere. Of course the Sázava region is one of the most beautiful places I ever visited. We came to the region because we wanted to explore the area recreated in Kingdom Come Deliverance. You can explore the whole area from here, and when you are done you can rest in a comfortable house without worrying about anything. I can only recommend it! Thank you again for the owner for her hoslitability and kindness!

Cons: There was really nothing we didn't like.

Pros: We remember our stay at the guesthouse very well, until we regretted that we spent only one night there. Unfortunately, we were only an arrival. Nevertheless, I recommend this place to my friends who like peace and quiet, beautiful views and expect friendly service. Best regards and see you there.

Pros: The staff was incredibly kind and flexible. The room was perfect for us, we got everything. The breakfast was tasty, we could try some local food.

Pros: Beautiful house in a quiet area. There is a pub opening on weekends across the street, but it was quiet nonetheless. The room was clean and spacious, with such a cozy atmosphere. Delicious breakfast!

Cons: We stayed too shortly, so didn’t have a chance to enjoy the garden :) Payment in cash only, unfortunately.

Pros: The host is very nice and flexible, we booked really late in the afternoon and she prepped the room and took us in, also offered coffee and tea! The place is in small village close to nature. (And the black cat is an absolute delight!)

Cons: Breakfast was delicious but could've been a bit more generous. Also, I believe the price was a bit high considering the location and the off-season.

Pros: Huge shared kitchen, equipped with everything, wonderful mountainous, hilly environment, clean air, large garden, the hosts are very kind. Wonderful hiking opportunities, local artisanal honey is available next door.

Pros: THE place to stay for Kingdome Come-fans. Ok bus-connection to sazava and trains from there. Rataje is within hiking-distance. Clean, nice kitchen, beer in the fridge.

Great with a small inconvenience

Pros: Flexible and kind host, nice place, good shower, nice bed

Cons: The door was a bit thin and the wooden stairs very noisy outside of the room... luckily we had earlugs.
