Pros: Very spacious, warm and cozy apartment. There are plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. The decor is nice and the Christmas tree made it homey. Perfect location walking to everything in Prague 1. Good value and tons of extra beds. The Sauna and jet tub, plus double laundry capability were highlights.

Pros: The spaciousness of each room. The laundry equipment. Big bathroom. Sauna and Jacuzzi were great. Location was nice and close to everything.

Cons: The stairs going up and down, and no light.

Pros: Central location. Spacious (we were 8 people). Fully equipped kitchen. 2x washing-machine & dryer. Multiple keys. Nice sauna & jacuzzi - bathrooms were nicely done. Clear instructions with photo's everywhere.

Cons: Rickety chairs & sofa. Some places (floor/wall) need repair. Not soundproof. Fridge too small for large group. Kitchen floor old and dirty in corners - in general some small renovation/ replacements would do wonders.

Perfect for Group stay.

Pros: The instructions for entering the building are clear and easy to follow. They have also provided cotton and earbuds. Everything we need in the kitchen has been arranged. They also do waste sorting. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. The sauna and jacuzzi are operational, though we didn’t have time to use them. No complaints at all.

Pros: Great location, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for a big group, the host was reachable and willing to help when there were issues at all times.

Cons: there was almost a flood in a small bathroom/shower because the drain was clogged, luckily it was not too bad to unclog myself.
