Pros: Great apartment with kitchen, very near to SAPA market. Bus stop next to hotel convenient.

Cons: Nobody at reception during stay. Only phone number available for questions. Guests have to do self check in.

It's ok

Pros: For a short stay the apartment is ok. It depends what you are looking for,the connection to the city center was very good,the stop is located few steps from the apartment. There is free car park avaliable. The apartment was neat and tidy. And we got water on welcome which was really nice.

Cons: My son has allergies, so I have no choice but to rent apartment with a kitchen. Utensils are very basic,I mean that if there are 3 people, you have 3 plates,3 forks,and so on. Even though there are pans and pots, there is no spatula,turner or ladle. And the knives are very blunt.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find with free parking. Bus stop in front of the house

Cons: You need to take 3 busses to get to the city centre so although it is only about 8km it will take you almost an hour

Clean room, comfortable bed but a bit noisy.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean room. Near Sapa. Close to bus stop. Big parking area.

Cons: The first floor is quite noisy because of all the guests who come in and out. We can hear people talking and the noise of doors closing. I dont know if it is better in the second floor.

Pleasant stay

Pros: My stay there was great! The house is a little far from the center, but there is very convenient public transportation. Clean rooms with all the amenities for a long stay plus separate air conditioning for each room. Close to the highway. The hosts are very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The only negative is that the host speaks very little English.
