Pros: Beautiful houseboat. Almost everything you need for self-catering. Fairly well equipped. Bed was comfy enough. Air con and heating is a bonus! The shower was good, although it didn't stay hot for long about 4 minutes. Slippers and flip flops were provided. The upper deck was fabulous sitting in the sun. The location was good, a little bit out of the way of the city, so very quiet. About £3-4 for an Uber into The Old Town. Staff lovely and replies from messages were quick. Offered early check-in and late checkout at the last minute.

Cons: Few things that i didn't like, and the rest are suggestions to improve the houseboat experience overall. Internet service was hit and miss, and it would not connect to our devices. As the Internet was not good, there was very little to entertain us in the evening. *The boat could do with some board games, a pack of cards, a selection of books (multi language), or information leaflets of interest around Prauge. *The boat could do with an information pack on board of nearest amenities,emergency services, things to do in the local area, etc. *Could do with replacing linen, pillows, and towels as they were very worn, uncomfortable, and a little threadbare. The Hand-wash bottle in the bathroom was cracked and leaked soap everywhere (needs replacing). *Could do with few throws/blankets to use in the evenings when it gets chilly for in the boat and up on deck. *Would benefit from some lighting up on deck for safety and comfort.

Pros: We checked in very late at night and were initially a bit unsure, but in the morning, we truly appreciated the place. It was so peaceful, with a terrace right on the water, and ducks came to visit us during breakfast. We really enjoyed staying on the boat – it had everything we needed. It might not be ideal for people who need a lot of space, but for the four of us with kids, it felt very cozy. The area is quiet, with easy tram access to the historic center, and there are places to eat, a park, and parking nearby. We were very happy with our stay, and the staff were always available via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

my stay was good , although the WIFI keep crashing so wasn't great but not a deal breaker for me .

Pros: location is awesome close to my work , would like it to be in summer to utilise all it has to offer , i would defiantly use this again .

Cons: i would suggest having some soap and shampoo in the shower there was nothing at all . but still really cool place , the lock box when i check out did not open with the code so spent half an hour to try various options and even tried to contact the property but that was a booking.com app issue.

The apartment is all right, but 2 things (dirty water in the lake and noise near sleeping place) have to be fixed

Pros: Apartment is very comfy, all the facilities (heating, water, light) work very good. The location is very nice

Cons: The surrounding water is very dirty. We feel the smell of water inside. The heating boiler is located near bed so it was not very comfortable to sleep near noise

Pros: - nice, clean, kids loved being on the boat, heating wasn't a problem even in middle of the winter, we even saw a kingfisher bird several times through the windows

Cons: There are no shelves in the fridge, the insides of the duvet were sticking out of the covers (the zipper was non functioning on both duves), but those were minor things. The surroundings would probably look nicer in spring or summer.

Great houseboat stay - the whole family enjoyed it

Pros: Great accommodation on a house boat. The boat was a little dated but that added to the experience

Pros: An amazing experience. The communication with the host was professional and swift. The houseboat itself was modern and practical yet cozy. But most importantly squeaky clean. The location feels quiet, clam and secluded even though it's close to the city centre. To be frank I could imagine spending the whole summer there. Truly an extraordinary experience for the price of a very ordinary hotel room in Prague.

Pros: The house boats are brand new and very well laid out, the river is quiet, all for a few fish and swans.
