Lovely stay

Pros: The location was amazing! It was so easy to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The apartment was also super cute, especially the kitchen and dining room. But the best part for us was definitely the terrace! Plus, the host was really helpful and nice.

Cons: There is only one bathroom, it was fine for us but it could be challenging for another group.

Pros: Fantastic location. Charmingly old-fashioned fixtures and furnishings. Good washing machine and drying facilities. Really helpful check-in process.

Cons: Not a problem for us, but it’s worth being aware of a lot of stairs to reach the apartment.

We literally felt the atmosphere of old Prague :)

Pros: Very cosy and climatic. There was everything what we needed to spend good time and rest. We couldn’t find better place to feel the Prague.

Stilvolle, große und trotz zentraler Lage ruhige Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke, sie ist geräumig und hat drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, nicht alles ist tipp-topp aber funktioniert. Ondrej, der uns empfing und betreute, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist reichhaltig, eine Kaffeemaschine könnte der eine oder die andere vermissen. Man wird wahrscheinlich die hervorragenden zahlreichen im Radius von 50 m gelegenen Restaurants nutzen und eher selten selbst kochen. Die Wohnung liegt extrem günstig, mitten in der Kleinseite, nahe bei St. Nikolaus, zwischen Burg und Karlsbrücke, praktisch alles im Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 100 m sind es zur Straßenbahn (Linie 15 direkt zum Hauptbahnhof). Obwohl im selben Haus das sehr frequentierte Wirtshaus zum Kater liegt, ist es ausgesprochen ruhig. Das liegt auch daran, dass man 63 Treppenstufen zur Wohnung aufsteigen muss und damit Abstand zu dem Menschenstrom auf der Nerudova hat.

Cons: Die Heizung hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich ein Boiler, der nachheizt, aber es brauchte mehrere Startversuche, bis es funktionierte. Ondrej leistete Hilfe und beantwortete alle Rückfragen per Mail sofort. Das Warmwasser im Bad funktionierte gut, man muss den Boiler im Badezimmer einschalten.

Pros: Sensationelle Lage, außergewöhnliche Wohnung, guter Kontakt zum Verwalter.

Pros: Asukoht väga hea. Palju ruumi. Huvitav sisekujundus,palju antiiki. Kõik vajalik olemas.

Cons: Asub viimasel korrusel,päris hull ronimine.

Pros: Především Lokace, a také vnitřní zařízení apartmánu

Cons: Not much. It is on the fourth floor with stairs only, if you are mobility challenged.
