Luxury apartment in excellent location!

Pros: LOCATION is fabulous! Couple mins walk to Charles Bridge, tons of restaurants and shops and across the road from St Nicholas Church and a small town square. Tram at the door. Luxury, beautifully renovated, secure apartment. Beautiful old world ceilings and quality fittings throughout. Huge comfy beds Huge bathroom We were very comfortable!

Cons: No Reception, however staff were easily contacted for late checkin. No bar or restaurant within the complex which we were of the understanding there was, having gone through all the details and reviews. Be aware there may be an upfront charge of a 500 € Bond.

Lovely accommodation- would definitely stay here again

Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds, communication excellent and helpful. Fantastic location

Cons: Bathroom door didn’t shut in ensuit. Water could have been hotter and a couple of days it ran out but the management tried to fix immediately.

Pros: Very clean, ideal location. I was really impressed by how quickly the team responded to our request for an item that was missing in the kitchen area. The bathroom.was great.

Cons: There was nothing thst I didn't like. It would help to have some drawers or bedside unit and a full length mirror.

Very nice apartment in a good location

Pros: Very nice location and super clean. When we had question we had no issues getting in contact with someone and everyone was very nice.

Cons: It was pretty loud at times, at night you could hear people in the street and pretty early the construction site at the other side of the building started. It was also very bright in the rooms in the morning, which made it hard for me to sleep past 7.

Great apartment in great location

Pros: We stayed in apartment Charles II and with was grand! Spacious apartment with very nice chandeliers and beautiful original ceilings. It had all the amenities needed and the bathrooms were very nice. Also the location was very good. Staff was pleasantly attentive and helpful.

Cons: There was no towel rack in the biggest bathroom.

Pros: We stayed at the Kaiserstein Palace, a remarkable historic building in a great location near Charles Bridge. The charm of the architecture added something special to our stay. The host was kind and helpful, and the price-quality ratio was excellent. Highly recommended!
