Templová - Old Town Large Apartment with Terrace

Excellent location and great price for an apartment this size!

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the heart of Prague's old town but far enough from the busy bar area so the flat was quiet at night! The beds were comfortable and clean, the living room area was great for chilling in after a long day! The balcony was constantly sunny and perfect for morning coffees and nighttime beers! Overall the apartment was perfect for us, we were a group of 7 people and the apartment never felt overcrowded when all of us were there!

Cons: Upon our arrival there was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the main bathroom, it was so bad that one side of the apartment was unhabitable if the door was left open and the bathroom wasn't usable! However, after leaving the fan on and doors closed we were able to air out the smell and it was all good midday second day! We assumed that it must have been a piping issue just in that room because the rest of the flat, other bathroom and toilet, didn't have this problem!

Logement spacieux et bien situé

Pros: - L’emplacement du logement en plein centre-ville. Pont Charles à 10min à pied. Place principale à 5min. Toutes les commodités autour de l’appartement. Épicerie au pied de l’immeuble, pratique pour dépanner. Supérette à 5min à pied. - Appartement spacieux. Nous étions 4 adultes et un bébé et tout le monde a pu avoir son espace personnel. Les 4 chambres étaient spacieuses et avaient du rangement. - Qualité des équipements (fer et table à repasser, machine à laver, étendoir, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, four, plaques de cuissons, micro-ondes, 2 douches, 2 toilettes, chaise haute pour bébé, etc). Serviettes et draps fournis sans supplément. - Propre. - Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons: - Mauvaise isolation phonique. Nous entendions les voisins dans le hall et la nuit dans leur logement.. À l’inverse, ils devaient certainement entendre notre bébé pleurer la nuit. - Difficulté à gérer la température du logement. Il faisait 23•C dans l’appartement lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons voulu baisser les radiateurs et la chaudière et finalement la température est tombée à 19•C dans les chambres. Nous n’avons jamais réussi à faire un nouveau réglage. - Manque de pression dans la douche. Et peu d’eau chaude. Le dernier qui prenait sa douche avait systématiquement de l’eau froide. - Pas de rideau/volet dans les chambres. Il y a systématiquement une fenêtre de toit et une fenêtre classique. Il y a seulement un store blanc qui ne bloque pas du tout la lumière. Donc attendez vous à être réveillé au petit matin..

Un apartamento excelente. Muy céntrico.

Pros: El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo, limpio y céntrico.

Cons: El ascensor un poco lento. Por decir algo.

Bardzo przestronny obiekt, świetna lokalizacja. Polecam!

Pros: Bardzo przestronny apartament. Dwie łazienki. Idealny dla dużej rodziny. Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons: Trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo mało naczyń - po jednym talerzu i kubku na osobę ;-)

Erg genoten van het apartment!

Pros: De ligging, de grootte en het apartment opzich. De foto's kloppen met de werkelijkheid! Fijn en vriendelijk personeel dat meedenkt met je vragen/opmerkingen. Nogmaals bedankt.

Cons: Er was een klein minpuntje en dat was het douchen. Soms was er geen warm water tijdens het douchen. Het water werd koud en warm. Voor de rest was het een top apartment.

Geräumige Appartement inäm Zentrum von Prag

Pros: Geräumig und zentralgelegen. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schöne Ausblick. Gerne wieder!
