Pros: Location is the best ! Clean and comfort apartment,with everything you need.

Cons: There was a problem with the system for heating and hot water.The boiler was damaged , but after we notified the reception, someone immediately came and fixed it. Unfortunately, it broke down again on our last day of stay.

A cosy nest in the heart of the old Prague.

Pros: Great location very near to many famous sightseeings of Prague, but also to the heart of city's market. The apartment was well equipped and really cosy for the needs of a three members' family. When a technical problem appeared, apartment's management gave a reasonably quick solution.

Cons: The lack of single use slippers inside the apartment has caused some difficulties.

Pros: Good location, easy access if you call beforehand and ask to send the instructions and code via email. The view was a bit different, the walls and roofs were obstructing and somewhat hindering the some section of the 360 view around, guess it can be blamed on me as a guest, didn’t check the angles on the photos properly and the photos on the flat page were taken from the air, not on the human eye level. Overall, good, the receptionist allowed to delay the checkout for 2 hours later which was super helpful.

Cons: Parking slot that was paid for caused a lot of troubles finding. Different instructions were shared and they were mismatching and confusing and false.

Good value for money

Pros: Great location, amazing price. The room is nice, kinda stylish, the bed felt comfortable to me. There is everything you need for a few nights stay, even the kitchen is well equipped (but you need to bring your own ingredients for cooking of course). I would stay there again, overall I would recommend this property. It's probably the best you can get in the Prague center for a price like that.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the location of the studio (Kafka, 2nd floor). It is located right next to the elevator plus there is no hall or something like that in the studio. So whenever someone used the elevator, I could hear it (very uncomfortable especially early in the morning). It felt like the people are right next to my bed. Definitely not a good choice for light-sleepers. I want to mention one more thing but that's nothing serious. Since I knew it was a studio with a kitchen, I expected at least some tea or coffee to be there. There was nothing. So I recommend to bring your own...

Perfect November Stay

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, you can go everywhere on foot (there are no construction work in the street). Check in/out is smooth. The appartment is warm.

Cons: It would be nice to have a few tablets for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Slippers would be a nice touch as well.

Pros: The location was excellent. The sights of the old town were easily accessible by foot. The apartment was clean and spacious. Contactless check-in was easy.

Cons: There was no mirror or hand soap in the separate toilet. The bathroom occasionally had a bad smell that seemed to come from the drain.

Cons: A kitchen table which would allow eating comfortably (was too cold for sitting on rooftop) and opening a laptop is missing. The armchairs a little shabby

Pros: A very pleasant and spacious apartment in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. The large, comfortable beds provided great rest after long days of exploring the city. The location is perfect – close to all major attractions. After hours of walking, having access to an elevator in the historic building was a much-appreciated convenience.

Cons: The only downside was the road construction right in front of the apartment, but hopefully it will be completed soon and no longer an issue. Occasionally, late at night, you could hear loud passersby, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to keep the windows closed while sleeping.
