Quiet apartment close to center

Pros: Clean, close to the center and to the train station, easy to find and to reach, value for the money.

Pros: Cozy apartment, felt really comfortable during our stay ☺️!

Cons: The host sent us the wrong code for the key safe, so we needed to wait for an hour on the street. But beside that our stay was a 10/10!

Nice location

Pros: Location is nice, walking distance from most landmarks. Very quiet area. Small shop very close, and a coffee shop for breakfast. Heating is efficient and reliable although not programmable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Basic appliances available.

Cons: Some electric plug in not working. Not immediately easy to locate the keys on arrival, it took some time for me to find them. Cleanness could be improved, as discussed with property.

Séjour très sympa, nous recommandons !

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé, c’est top. Il est propre et bien équipé ! Il manque une passoire cependant. Le propriétaire est très disponible pour répondre. Il y a la wifi. Les voisins ne sont pas bruyants.

Cons: La salle de bain sent l’humidité. Nous avons été obligés de fermer la porte pour ne pas que ça sente dans tout l’appartement. Les lits sont un peu durs… mais ça n’empêche pas de dormir. Il n’y a pas de volets… étant de France je suis habituée à ce qu’il fasse bien noir pour dormir.

Passend für die kleine Flucht aus dem Alltag

Pros: Günstige Lage, 1 bzw. 2 Minuten zur Tram, 5 Fußminuten zum Karlsplatz, alter botanischer Garten fast um die Ecke (leider falsche Jahreszeit :-) ). Dank Schlüsselschließfach war der Check-in auch noch zu später Tageszeit möglich. (Dauerte nur etwas, bis ich es gefunden hatte :-).)

Cons: Ausgerechnet die Steckdosen an der Küchenzeile waren defekt, so daß man für den Wasserkocher etwas improvisieren mußte (Betrieb der Herdplatten dadurch gar nicht möglich, aber auch nicht von mir beabsichtigt).

Pros: Jest w bardzo ładnej i klimatycznej kamienicy. Sam pokój jest bardzo ładny i wystarczający jak na 2 osoby. Był bardzo czysty. Podczas chłodniejszych dni, było też ciepło i łatwo dało się regulować temperaturę.

Cons: Miałam na początku mały problem z otworzeniem drzwi wejściowych ale było to spowodowane moja niewiedzą na temat tego modelu. Za to był bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem i okazał się pomocny.

Estancia agradable

Pros: Muy bien equipada para ser tan pequeña. Tiene lavadora y tendedero. También una cocinita pequeña y calefacción. También me gustó que tuviera armario, para no tener todas las cosas por medio.

Cons: Un par de enchufes no funcionaban. Hacía difícil el cocinar cómodamente. Tuve que enchufar los fuegos de la cocina en el suelo... La localización no es mala pero no está en el centro. (20-30 min)

Sehr zentral, ruhig und komfortabel

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert und Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und sauber. Das Apartment ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!:)

Cons: Zu wenig Steckdosen und zu niedrigere Stühle
