Czech Republic 🇨🇿

New&Cosy apartment

Pros: New and cosy apartments in nice new-built area. 10 min far away from underground. Not in city center, anyhow connection everywhere is quite easy. Mini-market and coffee shop 1 min away (perfect). Very good soundproofing from other apartments (only inside aparment was not so good). Price in comparison with comfort is on very high level.

Cons: Dishwasher was unfortunately out of order (information few minutes before arrival). In my opinion to much information messages from host in time period 1 week before arrival up to the end accomodation (can be done leaner in few messages to do not lose important information). Internet connection was mainly in evening hours really slow - for example installed Netflix was loading 10 min and later again and again (repeating issue). At all small issues, majority of positives.

Pros: The apartment is in a new building in quiet area which was very nice. Close to the apartment is cafe shop where I used to go every day, groceries and barber. The rooms are big enough with comfy beds and a big balcony.

Pros: The host was extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The accommodation is very comfortable, peaceful and quiet, just like being in your own house. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Pros: This is a lovely, modern apartment . Great location for exploring Prague Old Town, 6 min walk to the tram station and then another 14 min by tram. We found it very convenient location as we were travelling by car. It was great to have private parking in the locked garage. Host was super responsive and made some great restaurant suggestions. Would definitely come back.

Pros: The apartment is very clean. I really like the self service to check in at any time. Because I drive my own car, the garage is safe to park the car. In addition the supermarket is just 6 minutes away. If I would visit Prague again in the future, I would stay here again! Highly recommend
