NiceLovely & Prague Apartment Dlouha

Pros: Really nice staff, apartment is clean and comfy 🥰 I'd definitely choose it if I'll ever be back in Prague!

Pros: The apartment is very close to transport , shops, restaurants and most attractions in the city centre. I checked in late and reception sent instructions to where retrieve the keys at a location nearby. The apartment was always warm and the shower water pressure was really good. They even left an umbrella that I didn't use but it can be handy to have,nice detail. There were extra towels and blankets to use.

Cons: The coffee machine wasn't cleaned from previous guest. The pillows were very thin. I've had to pay 100€ deposit on check in that I wasn't made aware of beforehand.

Pros: Very good communication. Lucie is in touch all the time. Great location of the apartment right in the old town but as the windows overlook the courtyard it was very quiet. Loved that there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. There is a kitchen and crockery but we didn't use it. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The apartment is very cosy. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cons: It's not critical at all, but a face towel could have been provided. It is not very convenient to use one bath towel. And a kitchen towel would be useful, especially if you use the kitchen.

Pros: Easy to walk to sights. New fixtures and fittings.

Cons: Missing utensils in the kitchen so hard to cook. Bit cramped with sofa bed out.

Pros: We were the 2ndor 3rd guest in the house. From the central bus station we need to walk but walking with luggages to there a bit hard but for exploring the city it's in a good location. The house was clean and all the furnitures were new. Building not new but the house have renovated completely. There's a coffee machine and this was so nice. I recoment you to stay there.

Cons: It was really cold at night and there's no air condition or heater at the house. There was a central system radiator but it was not working also they took off the valve. I tried to find some blankets but the blankeds are like paper, it wasn't thick. I think not having an air conditioner is a problem if the weather is summer too. There's just a window and that window looks to a wall. Also they don't have detergent in the washing mashine. If they solve these litte problems i'm sure it will be a 10* place to stay as a price/performance

Pros: The location is really lovely and comfortable with elegant design. The neighbourhood is amazing, you are in the center of old town. The apartment is new and modern and excellently furnished, I highly recommend!

Pros: Ochotný personál a strategické místo v centru, přesto nebyl slyšet hluk z ulice.

Cons: Jak již zde bylo zmiňováno, pokoj se hůře vytopí, protože je v přízemí. Po odblokování dveří mezi pokojem a kuchyní, čímž se daly zavřít, se pokoj celkem vyhřál a nebyl tak slyšet hluk z chodby a schodiště domu.

Pros: Byt nádherný, super čistý. Za mě veliká spokojenost v bytě klid.

Cons: V bytě bylo docela chladno. Musela jsem spát v mikině a silných ponožkách.

Just what we needed

Pros: Location, clean, new and a great shower. Hot with great water pressure. Service and communication was great.

Pros: Era abbastanza pulito e accogliente, ma soprattutto la posizione era perfetta!

Cons: Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati non era stato preparato il divano letto per il terzo posto (eravamo in 3), ma comunque c'era tutto e ce lo siamo fatti da soli (nulla di grave).
