Good stay and would stay again

Pros: Great location, nice room. Perfect for couple nights in centre of Prague. Bonus having fridge in room and breakfast was reasonable.

Cons: Only minor point would be name of hotel is residence Bene- I was looking for Basement room…..

Pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent location n only 2mins walk from tram stop coming in from airport as well as when l ride the trams/buses. Inly 10mins walk to Old Town Square for the start of all the tours etc. Beautiful Historical Area. Enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast n good standard of housekeeping . Eventhough it was a basement room , it was comfy n met all my basic needs. I never missed the fact it had no windows either. Guest even get a welcome drink. Maybe not for everyone but it met all my needs

Lovely place

Pros: A very nice hotel. The customer service is helpful, polite, and English-speaking. The room is very clean, has everything you need and is practical. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of cakes to choose from. It’s close to shops, historic sites, and entertainment venues. I had a wonderful trip and I think I’ll come back here. :)

Pros: Amazing customer service!! Nice breakfast with many options to choose from, a welcome drink and 10% discount for the next stay. Perfect location of the hotel. The bathroom was really big! 😁

Cons: The bed could be more comfortable but it's just my personal preference. One of the towels was slightly dirty, but everything else was cleaned so I didn't mind that much, I had many to choose from. :)
