A good choice for a stay in Prague

Pros: Great location for travelers arriving by car, with private parking available for an additional fee. Public transportation is very convenient, as a tram stop is located directly in front of the property. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained (we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment). An elevator is also available if needed. Small local shops, cafés, pastry shops, and bakeries are all within walking distance.

Cons: It’s hard to find anything I didn’t like, but here are a couple of minor points: The water pressure is somewhat low, although still acceptable. I’m not particularly keen on places with a virtual reception and smart check-in/check-out, but this appears to be the current trend and part of cost-optimization efforts. That said, communication via chat was easy, clear, and very helpful.

Pros: Location was easy to find. Very close to public transport (tram). Very good coffee, cake and ice cream in shop downstairs. Centrum is easily reachable even if you like to walk. As our windows were on backside of building of the apartment it was quiet. Even it was only a 1-room location it was spacious.

Cons: In case you wanted to have a meal there was no kitchen with sink. So, we had to wash cups and plates in the bathroom. Not really handy. The sink (tap) in bathroom had very low water pressure. Shower was okay. People should be aware that the elevator doesn't stop on the floors of the apartment through which you still need to walk stairs (for us, this wasn't a problem).

Comfortable and convenient space with a smart check-in and check-out system.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness, the size of the apartment, and how smartly everything is organized in the apartment: a large number of sockets, a good kitchen and utensils, a stove, a microwave, etc.

Cons: I didn't like that the cleaners didn't take out the trash every day. It's very uncomfortable. I can agree with 1 cleaning every 5 days, but I find it unhygienic and uncomfortable that the trash isn't taken out every day.

A good choice when visiting Prague

Pros: I liked our apartment because it was big and well equipped. The location was great as well, not central but with good connection to city center by tram 22. And we found a very good restaurant just across the street.

Cons: It’s hard to find something I did not like about the accommodation. Maybe the pillows were not the most comfortable and it would have been nice to have some bathroom shelves.

Pros: The flat was clean, we didn't cook so we hardly used the kitchen but it was equipped as well. The parking facility was also nice just behind the apartment. The tram station is immediately outside the flat and was very convenient to reach the city center.

I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: The apartment is incredibly fresh and clean. I’ve never experienced anything like it. It’s very comfortable — the layout, furniture, terraces, beds, kitchen, tables, and sofa are all excellent. The apartment is located right next to a tram stop, which makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. Of course, it’s also easy to reach by car.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: Second time at this property. This time we had a double bed room,Spotless clean, kettle, fridge, cutlery etc. Location is great, there’s a tram stop just outside of this property. Very good communication with staff. Had early check in. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location for exploring Prague

Pros: Clean, cozy apartment. Near the tram stop, from which it is very convenient to get to the city center. Closed parking (additional fee).

Cons: There were no wine glasses.
