Soukenicka Apartments Old Town Prague

One of the best stays I've had

Pros: The place looks amazing, the facilities are super convenient - the lights can be dimmed to a wide range of broghtness, the curtains can be closed with a switch effortlessly, the stream in the shower is strong and customizable (both its strength and its stream 'style'), the bed was comfortable... Everything was perfect. Also, the guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient, close to a supermarket, a few cute cafes, and is pretty much central over all, and yet it was very quiet.

Cons: Nothing critical - the bath had some spider webs in one of its top corners (on the ceiling), but the ceiling is really high and so it didn't really bother us in any way.

Amazing stay

Pros: The location is excellent. The apartment is beautifully presented and very comfortable. We stayed as a couple with a 4 year old and it was perfect.

Excellent. Would stay again

Pros: We loved how close it was to the centre, it is a beautiful apartment about 10 minutes from the old town square. It was very modern and extremely comfortable.

Cons: We weren’t a fan of the 3pm check in and then 10am checkout. We feel if you’re going to check in that late you should be afforded a little extra time when leaving the property. But do understand the reasons for it. Small gripe one of the light bulbs in the living room would flicker when on for a certain amount of time and the shower would spray over the top of the glass doors.

Everything you'd need for a comfortable stay!

Pros: Spacious and luxurious for the price, sleeps upto 6, very clean, everything you'd need for the perfect stay, nearby to river, tram and metro, numerous food options and cafes just metres away, plus most sites are walking distance - also a very secure building and apartment

Cons: The apartment opposite is about 1 metre across the corridor, they were extreme smokers and it could be smelt in our room

Great stay in Prague

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Prague. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to public transport and within easy reach of the city center.

Cons: Everything was perfect for our stay.

Pros: I have rarely been this satisfied with a hotel apartment! The apartment was beautiful, modern, with a very high ceiling. The bed was insanely cozy and comfortable. One of the nicest bathrooms I know of, and the shower – wow! The apartment had everything you could possibly need, with full equipment for cooking. The appliances were from top brands like Smeg, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There were even ready-made ice cubes in the freezer. The staff was wonderful, willing to do everything for us, and showed us popular places to visit. The only thing that didn’t work was the Wi-Fi, but a repairman came the next day and fixed it. I would rate it 10/10.

Cons: We were 5 and because the fifth bed (dubble sofa bed) was in the leaving room area, it was a little crowded. For 3-4 people it would have been perfect

Had an excellent stay and will certainly recommend R16 apartments to anyone visiting Prague.

Pros: Martina at the reception made us feel welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. She made note of our requirements and ensured these were promptly met.

Cons: The apartment is in an old building.
