if you do not mind staying a bit out of the city, this is a great property

Pros: This is a new property in the palmovka area of prague - a revitalized dock area that is now apartments and office buildings. the apartment has a lot of nice furniture and laid out in a logical fashion. the exterior deck is large and has ample furniture. unfortunately during the winter, there is not much to use it for.

Cons: the closest metro stop, palmovka, is a bit of a walk. in good weather this is no problem but keep this in mind if you plan to use the metro, bus or light rail. the overpass, libensky most, is under construction so the light rail that rides on this is out of service. no one was working on it in december so no idea if this is temporary or a years long project.
