Pros: Komunikācija ar saimnieci bija viegla un patīkama. Dzīvoklis ir mājīgs un aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo, tostarp matu fēnu, virtuves piederumiem un mikroviļņu krāsni. Televizorā pieejams arī YouTube.

Cons: Īpaši grūti sasniedzamās vietās grīda nebija pietiekami tīra, un uz grīdas atsevišķās vietās bija novērojamas skudras. Virs dzīvokļa atrodas vilciena sliedes, tāpēc jāņem vērā paaugstināts trokšņu līmenis.
