Excellent option on an advantageous location to enjoy the visit like a local.

Pros: The location! The place is spacious, the kitchenette is enough to make a decent breakfast and snack, the bed is very comfortable. Quiet hours were mostly respected. Temperatures can be adjusted manually. Nice, real neighborhood with no tourists around.

Cons: The shower. The water is great, but it leaks too much and soaks the rug and floor.
