Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja 5 min. od stacji metra, dostępne wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne na dłuższy pobyt (pralka, kuchnia itp.), czysto i schludnie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Cons: Łóżka wygodne, lecz wejście na antresolę zdecydowanie dla sprawnych ludzi (strome schody)
