Charming old apartment with all amenities required.

Pros: Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities required. Comfortable leather couch and arm chairs. WiFi was promptly upgraded (following my request for workable speed) with a new router installed. I measured download speed 101.81 Mbit/s in middle of room; and about 10 Mbit/s near wall. Upload was about 10 to 20 Mbit/s.

Cons: The mattress in double bed is worn and should be replaced. Kitchen could be better organized.

Pros: Julius is an amazing host, very responsive, readily available and helpful, I highly recommend this listing. Kitchen has all the necessities for basic cooking, there were even spices and an assortment of tea bags, coffee. There was a drip coffee machine, but I haven't used it, so no comment on that. WiFi works and is enough for most things, including streaming movies/shows. Armchairs in the bedroom although old, are very comfortable. All the appliances actually worked, which is never a given with short-term rentals. Location is excellent, it's inbetween two tram stops, within couple of minuts walk from a shopping mall, 5 minutes to either of the two nearby parks and right above the quaint local cinema BIO OKO. I had a bit of a longer stay and without prompt from my side Julius checked in with me and organized cleaning, changing of bed sheets and towels.

Cons: The property itself is a little bit run down and would benefit from a bit of renovation, but that's mostly cosmetic, there was nothing bad. There was no comfortable place to work, kitchen table is fine for eating, but it's uncomfortable to work on a laptop for more than half an hour. No extractor/purifier hood for the stovetop.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, zentrale Lage, tolle Betreuung

Pros: Buen precio, Julius estaba atento a cualquier cosa que podamos necesitar. Incluso nos esperó porque nuestro vuelo llegaba muy cerca de su hora de cierre. 👌

Cons: Un poco de polvo en algún mueble.
