Rentero Apartment

Pros: Everything was amazing, first of all it is an amazing apartment and it is fully equipped, we were young and with a child and there was everything for that. The location is very good, everywhere is within walking distance, the host is also very attentive and always ready to help. I would definitely visit this place again

Pros: Location was great for a family. Not in the middle of the tourist area, but easily walkable. Close to a nice park with playground. Very close to the main underground station to give very easy access to locations outside the city. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Well stocked with essentials on arrival. Very good communication from the hosts.

Cons: Nothing. Couldn't fault it.

I gave 9 instead of 10 only because of problem with the main door key pick-up. Everythin else was 10

Pros: Communication with Rentero through Booking application work perfectly and they always answered with a message right away. (So, make sure to have roaming paid) Apartment is property in good location and neighborhood. Bakery and supermarket are next door to it.

Cons: The pick-up location for the main door key was far away and with the construction around National Museum it took me more then half of hour. It was hot day and instructions did not mention troubles around constructions. So, I got lost. On top of that when I returned the elevator in the building did not work so we had to carry suitcases upstairs. We have arrived around 2pm, but fortunately Peter from Rentero answered right away and he let us in right away, so we did not need to wait for 3pm. Other then that day elevator was working fine, and for the leaving we had no problem.

Pros: The apartment is fantastic. High ceilings, large windows, lots of daylight. The bathroom is large with a great shower and a drying rack. The beds in both rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is modern. Just very well outfitted place.

Cons: If I had to nitpick, I would say that it would be very useful to be provided with two keys. There is no lockbox so my wife and I had to coordinate who had the key since sometimes we were going to different places before returning.

Great apartment but would not return due to key collection arrangements

Pros: The apartment is fabulous with high ceilings and large windows. Well furnished and equipped. Very clean Excellent location Clear comms about check-in

Cons: I only found out from another review close to our arrival date that the keys had to be collected from another location. This should be made clear in the property description as we would not have booked it had we known. It appeared that the collection place and the apartment were not too far apart ,but when on foot , dragging suitcases over cobbles, it is not ideal. It was further complicated by major building work on the route which made locating the property unclear. The key for the outer door was collected as arranged via the clear instructions. However, the instructions also stated that a key code would be provided. This did not arrive by check-in time and required a phone call. A code was provided verbally and we made our way to the apartment. On reaching the apartment door, the door access code had been provided via the app -completely different to the one given over the phone!! Although this was only a temporary inconvenience, we were lucky in that it was dry weather in early afternoon and not too hot.

Boli sme spokojni, urcite znovu zvazime toto ubytovanie pri dalsej navsteve Prahy. Dakujeme.

Pros: Velmi pekny, prerobeny byt, 5 minut chodze od Vaclavskeho namestia aj ku stanici. Ochota majitelov odpovedat na vsetky otazky a poziadavky. Kapsulovy kavovar na ubytovani za nas plus :)

Cons: Negativa sme pocas pobytu nenasli.
